What is Google Street View?
Google Street View is a software tool that allows users to virtually explore panoramic views of neighborhoods, cities, and other areas around the world from their devices. It is integrated within Google Maps and Google Earth, providing interactive 360-degree images captured by Google's own team and collaborators. This technology enables users to take virtual tours of locations, enhancing their navigation and exploration experience.
Requirements to Export to Google Street View
- Commercial property with a valid address.
- Google Business Profile.
- A published iGUIDE.
Step-By-Step Instructions on How to Export to Google Street View
Step 1: Select the desired published iGUIDE within the portal.
Step 2: Click "Street View"
Step 3: Click "New Project" and then "Start"
Step 4: Select Floors and Panos for Export
Step 5: Arrange Floors
- Place the floors in order from top to bottom as you would like them to appear when viewing the building from the side. You can drag and drop the floors to place them where you want them.
Step 6: Align Floors on Google Maps
Step 7: Select Google Place
- Search by Business Name. You will not be able to export to Google Maps without selecting a Google place.
Step 8: Export to Google Maps
- Sign in with Google and Export.
