Overview
This workflow is available to iGUIDE Pros in the Netherlands only.
Listing a property on Funda requires two compliance deliverables: a BBMI-compliant building area report and a Floorplanner floor plan. Through iGUIDE's partnership with Mediatask, Dutch iGUIDE Pros can produce both from a single scan.
This article covers what to do on-site, how to submit to Mediatask, and what you'll receive back.

What Is BBMI?
BBMI is the Dutch compliance standard for building area reporting, required to activate a Funda listing. Mediatask has validated that iGUIDE LiDAR data meets the accuracy requirements for Meetinstructie (BBMI) compliance.
What You Need to Do On-Site
Your iGUIDE capture process doesn't change. The only additional step is measuring room heights under sloped roofs — iGUIDE captures everything else automatically.
- Scan the property with iGUIDE as normal
- Measure room heights manually under sloped roofs (that's the only extra step)
- Download your iGUIDE deliverables — SVG floor plan included
- Upload to Mediatask
How to Submit to Mediatask
Once your scan is complete, download your iGUIDE deliverables — including the SVG floor plan — and upload them directly to Mediatask at mediatask.co. When placing your order, you can choose from three options:
- 2D drawings + BBMI report
- 2D + 3D drawings + BBMI report
- 2D and 3D floor plans only (no report)
For questions about submitting projects or Mediatask deliverables, contact Mediatask directly at contact@mediatask.co.

What You Receive Back
Mediatask returns:
- A BBMI-compliant building area report, meeting Meetinstructie requirements
- A Floorplanner floor plan formatted for Funda submission
Both deliverables are required to activate a Funda listing. iGUIDE's direct Funda integration means the full workflow — from first capture to published listing — stays connected.
Important Notes
Billing: Mediatask invoices you directly for their services. This is separate from your iGUIDE account and will not appear on your Planitar invoice.
