iGUIDE Sketch Packages combine a virtual walkthrough with an Xactimate Sketch to support fast, accurate damage documentation for insurance claims. Each package delivers a Sketch — either through Verisk integration or as an ESX file — alongside an iGUIDE virtual tour, making them well-suited for properties impacted by floods, water damage and limited fire damage.

iGUIDE Instant Sketch

iGUIDE Instant Sketch combines an AI-generated virtual walkthrough with an Xactimate Sketch. The Sketch is sent directly to Xactimate through an integration with Verisk and is available within minutes, making it ideal for quick documentation of structural and asset damage.

iGUIDE Standard Sketch

iGUIDE Standard Sketch combines a virtual walkthrough with an Xactimate Sketch delivered as an ESX file that can be opened in Verisk Xactimate software. It is well-suited for complete documentation of structural and asset damage.

  4. Area totals compatible with RECA RMS and ANSI measurement standards

iGUIDE Premium Sketch

iGUIDE Premium Sketch combines a virtual walkthrough with an Xactimate Sketch delivered as an ESX file that can be opened in Verisk Xactimate software. The Premium tier adds 2D objects — including freestanding objects, fixtures and appliances — to help viewers better visualise the space, making it ideal for comprehensive damage documentation.

  2. Detailed PDF floor plans including fixtures, appliances and partitions

Important Notes

Keep these points in mind when ordering a Sketch package:

  1. iGUIDE Instant Sketch is typically ready within 5–10 minutes after uploading to the portal
  2. iGUIDE Standard and Premium Sketch are delivered within 24 hours after the original iGUIDE floor plan is published, depending on property size, complexity and queue volume
  3. You will be billed separately for the iGUIDE tour and the ESX file
