iGUIDE Premium combines professionally drafted floor plans with 360-degree visuals to create a virtual tour experience that includes detailed property measurements and 2D objects. Existing fixtures, freestanding objects and appliances are added to the floor plans to help viewers better visualize a space.

It is well-suited for marketing a property during a real estate transaction, and also works for construction walkthroughs and insurance claims where floor plan accuracy and area totals are important.

iGUIDE Premium is a virtual tour experience built around professionally drafted floor plans paired with 360-degree visuals. The Premium tier adds 2D furniture and fixture detail to give viewers a richer, more accurate representation of the property.

Important Notes

Keep these points in mind when ordering an iGUIDE Premium:

  1. Premium iGUIDEs are typically ready within 24 hours after uploading to the portal, though this may vary based on property size, complexity and current queue volume
  2. You can toggle Premium features and fixtures on or off to display only fixtures, or fixtures and features together
  3. The drafting team only draws furniture as seen in the panorama images — custom furniture and staging empty properties are not available
