iGUIDE Instant Sketch

iGUIDE Instant Sketch is the combination of an AI-generated virtual walkthrough and Xactimate Sketch. The Sketch is sent directly to Xactimate through an integration with Verisk and is available in minutes. It is well suited for completing quick documentation of structural and asset damage for properties impacted by floods, water damage, and limited fire damage. Key features include: 

  • Virtual tour experience with AI-generated interactive floor plans for navigation and 360-degree visuals
  • Xactimate Sketch data (via Verisk integration)
  • Room Dimensions
  • Real-Time Tagging

iGUIDE Standard Sketch

iGUIDE Standard Sketch is a combination of a virtual walkthrough and Xactimate Sketch. The Sketch is delivered as an ESX file that can be opened in Verisk Xactimate software. It is well suited for complete documentation of structural and asset damage for properties impacted by floods, water damage and limited fire damage. Key features include: 

  • Virtual tour experience with professionally drafted floor plans for navigation and 360-degree visuals
  • PDF floor plans
  • Viewable in VR
  • Area totals compatible with RECA RMS and ANSI measurement standards
  • Room Dimensions
  • Real-Time Tagging
  • iGUIDE Content Delivery platform features such as Photo Gallery, Analytics Report, Video Integration, Neighborhood Map, Branding, access to the Embedding Tool and Feature Sheet Creator
  • Standard Xactimate ESX file 

iGUIDE Premium Sketch

iGUIDE Premium Sketch is a combination of a virtual walkthrough and an Xactimate Sketch. The Sketch is delivered as an ESX file that can be opened in Verisk Xactimate software. 2D objects are an additional feature of iGUIDE Premium Sketch where existing details, such as freestanding objects, fixtures, and appliances, are added to the floor plans to help a viewer better visualize a space.  It is well suited for comprehensive documentation of structural and asset damage for properties impacted by floods, water damage and limited fire damage. Key features include: 

  • Virtual tour experience with professionally drafted floorplans for navigation and 360-degree visuals
  • Detailed PDF floor plans (includes fixtures, appliances, and partitions)  
  • Viewable in VR
  • Area totals compatible with RECA RMS and ANSI measurement standards
  • Room Dimensions
  • Real-Time Tagging
  • iGUIDE Content Delivery platform features such as Photo Gallery, Analytics Report, Video Integration, Neighborhood Map, Branding, access to the Embedding Tool and Feature Sheet Creator
  • Premium Xactimate ESX file (cabinets, complex ceilings, and floor elevations) 

Important Notes

  • iGUIDE Instant Sketch will typically be ready within 5-10 minutes after uploading to the portal. iGUIDE Standard and Premium Sketch will be delivered within 24 hours after the original iGUIDE floorplan is published depending on property size and complexity, as well as the volume of iGUIDEs in our queue. 
  • You will be billed separately for the iGUIDE tour and ESX file.
