This section will focus on explaining the turn-around times for the different iGUIDE packages and add-ons.

What are the Delivery Time Estimates? 

Each iGUIDE package and add-on has different delivery times due to the complexity or size of the project. Below is an estimated timeframe of when you would receive your iGUIDE package/add-on after uploading it to the portal. 

Properties Under 10,000 sq ft

  • Packages:
    • Standard iGUIDE: within 24 hours
    • Premium iGUIDE: within 24 hours
    • iGUIDE Radix: 5-10 minutes
    • iGUIDE Instant: 5-10 minutes
    • IGUIDE Instant Sketch: 5-10 minutes
    • Draft Update/Correction: Within 24 hours.
  • Add-ons:
    • ESX Add-on: within 24 hours after the iGUIDE is published
    • DWG Add-on: within 48 hours after the iGUIDE is published
    • 3D Model: Within 3 to 5 days after the iGUIDE is published
    • Advanced Drawing Package: Within 3 days after the iGUIDE is published
    • Reflected Ceiling Plan: An additional 1 day to DWG, 3D Model, or Advanced Drawing Package
    • Exterior Elevations: An additional 2 days to DWG, 3D Model, or Advanced Drawing Package
    • Roof Plans: An additional 1 day to DWG, 3D Model, or Advanced Drawing Package

For Properties Over 10,000 sq ft

For all packages and add-ons: Delivery time will depend on successfully publishing the iGUIDE, property size, complexity, and additional add-ons. Accurate ETAs for properties over 10,000 sq ft is not accessible and is a case by case situation. 

 

Examples

Here is a breakdown of if you ordered a variety of types of packages and add-ons:  

  • If you ordered a Standard iGUIDE with a DWG add-on for a property under 10,000 sq ft, the estimated delivery time would be:
    • Standard iGUIDE package: up to 24 hours
    • DWG Add-on: up to 48 hours
    • Total estimated delivery time: within 3 days
  • If you ordered a Premium iGUIDE package with a 3D Model for a property under 10,000 sq ft, the estimated delivery time would be:
    • Premium iGUIDE package: up to 24 hours
    • 3D Model: up to 5 days
    • Total estimated delivery time: within 6 days 

Important Notes

  • The Add-on estimates provided above apply only to regular business days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM ET) and do not include weekends or holidays.
    • For example, if you order a DWG Add-on on a Friday night, work on it will not begin until the following Monday.
  • Add-ons will only begin to be processed after the initial iGUIDE has been published. 

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What should I do if my iGUIDE's delivery time goes over the estimates listed above? 
A: In the case that your iGUIDE goes over the estimated delivery time we recommend reaching out to the support team to look into the delay and provide updates. 

Q: Why would the draft updates/corrections for the add-ons take just as long as creating those add-ons from scratch? 
A: The reason for this depends on the size and complexity of the draft update or correction, as well as the number of corrections that needed to be addressed.

Q: Why did my iGUIDE take less time to publish one day but longer on another day?  
A: The turnaround time for publishing iGUIDEs depends not only on the size and complexity of the property, but also on the volume of iGUIDE orders we receive for publishing, updating, or correcting. Turnaround times may vary from day to day based on these factors.
