Delivery times vary by package and add-on, with smaller properties typically processed within 24 hours and instant products ready in just minutes. Add-ons such as DWG files, 3D models and advanced drawings require additional time after the initial iGUIDE is published.

This guide outlines turnaround estimates for properties under 10,000 sq ft, explains how larger properties are handled, and shows worked examples so you know what to expect when planning a project

What are the Delivery Time Estimates? 

Properties Under 10,000 sq ft — Packages

  1. Standard iGUIDE: within 24 hours
  2. Premium iGUIDE: within 24 hours
  3. iGUIDE Radix: 5-10 minutes
  4. iGUIDE Instant: 5-10 minutes
  5. iGUIDE Instant Sketch: 5-10 minutes
  6. Draft Update/Correction: Within 24 hours

Properties Under 10,000 sq ft — Add-ons

  1. ESX Add-on: within 24 hours after the iGUIDE is published
  2. DWG Add-on: within 48 hours after the iGUIDE is published
  3. 3D Model: Within 3 to 5 days after the iGUIDE is published
  4. Advanced Drawing Package: Within 3 days after the iGUIDE is published
  5. Reflected Ceiling Plan: An additional 1 day to DWG, 3D Model, or Advanced Drawing Package
  6. Exterior Elevations: An additional 2 days to DWG, 3D Model, or Advanced Drawing Package
  7. Roof Plans: An additional 1 day to DWG, 3D Model, or Advanced Drawing Package
  8. Site Plans: within 24 hours for conventional lots with all required data uploaded; properties with large acreage or complex landscaping may take longer than 48 hours.

Properties Over 10,000 sq ft

  1. Delivery depends on successful publication, property size, complexity and selected add-ons
  2. Accurate ETAs are not available — these projects are handled case by case

Examples

Here is a breakdown of if you ordered a variety of types of packages and add-ons:  

  • Standard iGUIDE + DWG Add-on (under 10,000 sq ft): package up to 24 hours, DWG up to 48 hours — total within 3 days.
  • Premium iGUIDE + 3D Model (under 10,000 sq ft): package up to 24 hours, 3D Model up to 5 days — total within 6 days.

Important Notes

  1. Add-on estimates apply to regular business days only (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM ET) and exclude weekends and holidays. A DWG ordered Friday night, for example, won't be started until Monday.
  2. Add-ons begin processing only after the initial iGUIDE has been published.

Q: What should I do if my iGUIDE's delivery time goes over the estimates listed above? 
A: In the case that your iGUIDE goes over the estimated delivery time we recommend reaching out to the support team to look into the delay and provide updates. 

Q: Why would the draft updates/corrections for the add-ons take just as long as creating those add-ons from scratch? 
A: The reason for this depends on the size and complexity of the draft update or correction, as well as the number of corrections that needed to be addressed.

Q: Why did my iGUIDE take less time to publish one day but longer on another day?  
A: The turnaround time for publishing iGUIDEs depends not only on the size and complexity of the property, but also on the volume of iGUIDE orders we receive for publishing, updating, or correcting. Turnaround times may vary from day to day based on these factors.
