Doors and Windows Summary CSV (Beta) & Enhanced Room Data CSV

Overview

This section will give the step-by-step instructions on where and how to download your CSV file for your iGUIDE to view your windows and doors information. 

Before You Begin

• Ensure you are in the 3D tour of the iGUIDE you wish to find the CSV file. 

Steps

Step 1: Open the Public View URL (example: youriguide.com/vJVDL415WZ7GE1) for the iGUIDE you want to download the CSV of. 

Step 2: Go to the "Details" Tab in the iGUIDE. 

Step 3: Click on the three dots icon to the right of the "Room Measurements" 

Step 4: Click on "Export Openings CSV (Beta)" to export a CSV file of the windows and doors. Click on "Export Rooms CSV" to export a CSV file on the room measurements of the iGUIDE. 

• If you choose the "Export Openings CSV (Beta)" option you will receive a pop up. Click "Download" to receive the CSV file   

Step 5: Once downloaded, you can open up the CSV file using Microsoft Excel or any similar software. Below are examples of the Openings CSV and the Rooms CSV. 

Troubleshooting

• The Doors and Windows CSV or Openings CSV is only available for iGUIDEs Created after May 5th, 2025. If your iGUIDE was created before May 5th, this feature will not be available.
