What is the Tag PDF Report?
The Tag PDF Report is a downloadable document that provides a visual and textual summary of all tags placed within an iGUIDE. It’s designed to be shared with clients, stakeholders, or team members who need a clear overview of tagged content within a property.
The report is divided into two main sections:
-
Visual Overview
- Displays the floor plans of the iGUIDE.
- Shows the location of each tag directly on the floor plan.
- Helps users quickly identify where tags are placed within the property.
-
Tag Details Section
- Lists each tag with the following information:
- Room Name: Where the tag is located.
- Tag Name: The label or identifier given to the tag.
- Tag Colour: The visual color used for the tag in the tour.
- Tag Content: The description or embedded media (e.g., text, images, videos).
- Tag ID Link: A clickable link that opens the tag directly in the 3D tour.
- Lists each tag with the following information:
Note: Tags can include a variety of content types, such as product descriptions, feature highlights, or embedded media. This makes the report useful for marketing, documentation, or client presentations.
Where can I Download the Tag PDF Report?
You can download the Tag PDF Report from two locations within the iGUIDE portal:
-
Show iGUIDE Details Page
- Navigate to the property’s iGUIDE details.
- Look under the “Links” section on the right-hand side.
- Click the “Tag PDF Report” link to download.
-
Default Edit View Page
- Go to the Default Edit View for the iGUIDE.
- On the left-hand side, under “iGUIDE View Links,” you’ll see the option to download the report.
Note: The Tag PDF Report will only be available if at least one tag has been added to the iGUIDE. If no tags are present, the download option will not appear.
How Can I Use the Tag PDF Report with Clients?
The Tag PDF Report is ideal for:
- Client Deliverables: Share a clean, professional summary of tagged features.
- Marketing Teams: Use tag content to highlight property features in brochures or online listings.
- Internal Reviews: Help your team verify tag placement and content before publishing.
- Documentation: Archive tag information for compliance or record-keeping.
You can send the PDF via email, include it in client portals, or print it for in-person meetings.
Troubleshooting
- Missing Report Option: If the download link isn’t visible, double-check that tags have been added to the iGUIDE.
- Broken Tag Links: Ensure the iGUIDE is published and accessible online; otherwise, tag links may not function.
- Tag Content Display Issues: Some embedded media may not render correctly in the PDF. Consider linking to external content if needed.
If you encounter issues, contact support for assistance.
Note: The Tag PDF Report is not available with iGUIDE Radix as it does not include a drafted floorplan.
