Doors and Windows Summary CSV (Beta) and Enhanced Room Data CSV

Overview

The Doors and Windows Summary CSV (Beta) and the Enhanced Room Data CSV let you export detailed measurement information from your iGUIDE for use in spreadsheets or external workflows. Both files are downloaded directly from the 3D tour and can be opened in Microsoft Excel or any similar spreadsheet software.

This article walks through how to download each CSV file, what to do before you begin and how to troubleshoot availability for older iGUIDEs. 

Before You Begin

Make sure you are in the 3D tour of the iGUIDE you want to download the CSV file for.

How to Download the CSV File

Follow these steps to export the Openings CSV or Rooms CSV from your iGUIDE:

1. Open the Public View URL for the iGUIDE you want to download the CSV of (for example, youriguide.com/vJVDL415WZ7GE1)
2. Go to the Details tab in the iGUIDE
3. Click the three dots icon to the right of Room Measurements

4. Click Export Openings CSV (Beta) to export a CSV file of the windows and doors, or click Export Rooms CSV to export a CSV file with room measurements

5. If you select Export Openings CSV (Beta), a pop-up will appear — click Download to receive the file
6. Once downloaded, open the CSV file in Microsoft Excel or any similar spreadsheet software

Troubleshooting

• The Doors and Windows CSV as well as the Openings CSV are only available for iGUIDEs created after May 5th, 2025. If your iGUIDE was created before that date, the feature will not be available.
