Overview
Requests fall into two types: updates that add new scans or modify content, and error corrections that fix issues with an existing tour. Both can be submitted from a smart device or a computer through the iGUIDE Portal at manage.youriguide.com.
This guide walks through each pathway, including how to attach new Stitch data when extra scans are needed, so changes are submitted accurately and processed without delays.
