The iGUIDE ION Directory is a centralized listing platform that connects customers with verified iGUIDE Service Providers. Operators gain visibility, credibility and lead opportunities, while customers can quickly find qualified providers in their area.

Listings are ranked using trusted indicators such as the National Provider and Top Provider badges, which highlight operators with wide coverage or strong production volume. This guide explains how to join, how badges are assigned and how ranking works.

Before You Begin

  • Make sure you have a Google Business Profile with a physical business address to maximize visibility on the directory.

Set Up Your ION Directory Profile

  1. Go to ion.goiguide.com and click Join ION Directory
  2. Click Become an ION Member
  3. Enter your business email address — it must match your iGUIDE Portal account email
  4. Click the secure link sent to your email to access profile setup
  5. Connect your Google Business Profile (a physical business address is required for full visibility)
  6. Complete your profile details, including industry, service area, number of PLANIX camera systems and services offered
  7. Submit for review — the iGUIDE team verifies your profile before publishing it.

National Provider Badge

  1. Eligibility: Reserved for operators offering full nationwide coverage within their country (multiple states or regions alone don't qualify)
  2. Verification: The iGUIDE team confirms eligibility and applies the badge once verified
  3. Search impact: When a National Provider serves the searched location, they appear at the very top of results — above both Top Providers and standard providers
  4. Purpose: Signals broad availability, strong service capacity and top-tier trust.

Top Provider Badge

  1. Eligibility: Awarded to the top 100 operators based on total billed square footage over the previous two consecutive quarters
  2. Visibility: Operators on the Top 100 list without an active ION Directory listing won't display the badge publicly
  3. Search impact: Top Providers rank above standard providers but below National Providers, with priority placement in their service area
  4. Purpose: Recognizes high production volume and strong operational performance.

Q?: What if I don't have or want a Google Business Profile? 
A: You can still be added to the ION Directory, however you will need to contact the Support Team to be added. 

Q?: Why should I join the ION Directory? 
A: Being listed in the ION Directory means more potential business opportunities and better visibility for your services. 

Q?: How do I get more pins on the ION map? 
A: Each camera on your account gives you one pin to place on the ION map.
If you have two cameras, you’ll have two pins available to mark the areas or regions you operate in. The more cameras you own, the more available pins!
