How to Access Billing Information
Step 1: Log In
- Visit manage.youriguide.com and log into your Operator account.
Step 2: Navigate to Billing
Click on the Dashboard, then select Billing from the left-hand menu.
Step 3: Filter Your View
- Use the search bar to find a specific iGUIDE by address.
- Or, select a month and year to view billing for a specific period.
Step 4: Review Billing Details
The billing list includes:
- Property address
- StitchData uploader
- Associated agent
- Publish date
- Industry type
- Package type (e.g., Standard, Premium, AutoCAD)
- Add-ons
- Billable area (in imperial and metric)
- Cost (hover over for breakdowns)
Step 5: Download Billing Data
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to download billing info as a CSV or TSV file for use in Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
What is Billable Area?
The billable area is the total drafted space used to calculate your iGUIDE invoice. It includes:
- All interior areas of all floors (including below grade)

Additional drafted spaces such as:
- Sunrooms
- Crawlspaces
- Rooms only accessible from outside
- Areas with sloped ceilings under 5 feet in height
Not included in the billable area:
- Attached garages (main building only)
- Cold rooms
- Areas open to below
- Outdoor spaces like balconies, decks, and patios
Accessing Invoices on the Portal
Step 1: Go to the iGUIDE Portal and sign in to your account.
Step 2: Once you are signed in, click on Dashboard at the top. Please note that only Operator accounts can access the Dashboard, for more information, please refer to Roles and Accounts.
Step 3: Click on Invoices on the left-hand side.
Step 4: Find the invoice by selecting the year you are looking for.
Important Notes
- Exterior wall thickness does not affect the billable area.
- The billable area is recorded once the iGUIDE is published or pre-published by the Drafting Team.
- Every invoice includes a definition of the billable area for transparency.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I download billing data for multiple months at once?
A: Currently, billing data must be downloaded one month at a time.
Q: Is the billable area the same as the official property size?
A: Not necessarily. Some drafted spaces may not count toward official property size reporting.
Q: When is the billable area finalized?
A: It is finalized once the iGUIDE is published or pre-published.
