Overview
Follow these steps to set up your account on the iGUIDE portal.
Before You Begin
- Make sure your camera is registered to your account by contacting the iGUIDE Support Team.
- Validate your account via email that was sent by iGUIDE.
Steps
Step 1: Log in to Your iGUIDE Portal
- Go to manage.youriguide.com and fill in your credentials.
Step 2: Accept the Terms and Conditions
- If this is your first time logging into the portal you will see a yellow banner at the top of the screen. Make sure to accept the terms and conditions otherwise iGUIDE creation will not be enabled.
Step 3: Set Up Sub-Accounts

Sub-Accounts can be created to help set up multiple user accounts to use and publish iGUIDEs with the same camera.

To add a sub-account:
- go to the Dashboard at the top of the page.
- press "Create New Sub-Account" on the left-hand side.
- Fill in the information and press "Create".
- Once created the sub-account will receive an email from iGUIDE inviting them to create an account.

Troubleshooting
Issue: Forgot your password?
Solution: On the login screen press on the link at the bottom of the page that says "Reset Password" to have an email sent to you that will contain a link to submit a new password for the account.
Issue: Don’t have an operator account created yet?
Solution: Create a support ticket and the Support team will gladly assist.
