Overview
Set up your iGUIDE portal in four steps: create your account, accept the terms, add a payment method, and optionally create sub-accounts. Before starting, confirm your camera is registered using the link in your email invitation (sent after purchase). Then complete setup at manage.youriguide.com.
Once these prerequisites are complete, follow the steps below to finish configuring your account at manage.youriguide.com.
Setup Steps

Create Your iGUIDE Account
- You'll receive an email with a unique portal link. Click it and fill in your credentials to create your account.

Log in to Your iGUIDE Portal
- Go to manage.youriguide.com and fill in your credentials.

Accept the Terms and Conditions
- On first login, accept the terms shown in the yellow banner at the top of the screen. iGUIDE creation will not be enabled until you do.

Add a Payment Method to your Account
- Navigate to the Dashboard, then select Billing or Invoices from the left-hand menu.
- Click on Manage Payment Methods.
- Ensure a valid credit card is added and marked as Default (indicated by a grey “Default” tag).

Set Up Sub-Accounts (optional, for multiple users sharing one camera)
- Open the Dashboard from the top of the page.
- Click Create New Sub-Account on the left.
- Enter the user's information and click Create.
- The new user will receive an email invitation from iGUIDE.
Save or confirm your changes.
Troubleshooting
Issue: Portal link expired?
Solution: Create a support ticket and the support team will assist with account set up
Issue: Forgot your password?
Solution: On the login screen press on the link at the bottom of the page that says "Reset Password" to have an email sent to you that will contain a link to submit a new password for the account.
Issue: Don’t have an operator account created yet?
Solution: Create a support ticket and the Support team will gladly assist
