About the Branded Property Overview
The Branded Property Overview is a single branded PDF that combines the floor plan and site plan (when available) for a listing. Key facts about availability and content:
- Available for iGUIDE Standard and iGUIDE Premium at no extra charge
- Not generated for Radix or Instant floor plans
- Combines the floor plan and site plan (when available) into a single branded PDF
- Produced only when a banner is applied to the iGUIDE
- Includes floor plan images only — does not include the full RMS or ANSI measurement list
Important note about custom colours: the application of custom colours depends on when the Branding Template is selected.
- At initial creation — selecting a template during iGUIDE creation automatically applies all default template settings, including custom PDF colours
- Post-iGUIDE creation updates — if a template is applied after the project is created, the system ignores the template's colour settings by default
To fix missing colours on an existing project:
- Navigate to the Edit View page and manually set the PDF colour scheme to Custom
- Save the view and regenerate the Branded Property Overview
Custom colours only render for major residential room types — verify the room classifications if colours still do not appear.

The following branding elements can be configured for the Branded Property Overview:
- Logo
- Brand colours
- Agent name and title
- Agency name
- Phone number and email
- Website or preferred link
- Banner selection (required for PDF creation)
These settings automatically apply to the Branded Property Overview. For more information on customizing agent branding, see the dedicated branding article.
