This guide walks through how to download, install, and verify the PLANIX app on your smart device, ensuring it has the correct permissions to communicate with your camera and that you're ready to begin capturing iGUIDE projects right away. 

Before You Begin

1. Connect your smart device to a stable Wi-Fi network 
2. Have your Apple ID or Google account ready for app store sign-in

Steps to Download the PLANIX App

1. iOS: Download the PLANIX app from the Apple App Store 
2. Android: Download the PLANIX app from the Google Play Store 
3. Open the app once installed to confirm it works correctly 
4. Grant access to Wi-Fi and camera settings when prompted 

Troubleshooting
