How to Download the PLANIX App

Overview

This section is focused on how providing the step-by-step instructions on how to download the PLANIX App. 

Before You Begin

• Ensure your smart device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi connection. 

Steps

Step 1: Download the PLANIX App 

• Download the PLANIX App from the Apple Store.
• Download the PLANIX App from the Google Play Store.

Step 2: Test the app by opening it to make sure it works and was installed correctly.  

Troubleshooting

• If the app does not open properly the first time when using it, please uninstall and redownload.
• The app will need access to your settings (specifically Wi-Fi and camera settings). Please make sure to accept when prompted.
