Offline Zip Add-on for iGUIDE Instant

Overview

The Offline Zip is a downloadable, offline version of an iGUIDE Instant or Instant Sketch tour. It works the same way as our other offline iGUIDEs — once downloaded and unzipped, you can open it locally without an internet connection.

This article covers what's included in the Offline Zip and how to order it, whether you're creating a new Instant or adding it to one you already have.

What's Included in the Offline Zip

Key things to know about the Offline Zip add-on:

1. Price: $19.99 USD / $29.99 CAD or AUD, charged once per iGUIDE — not per download
2. Only available on iGUIDE Instant and Instant Sketch packages under the Insurance, Restoration & Forensics industry
3. Available for download for 4 months from the iGUIDE's creation date
4. You can download and re-download the zip as many times as you need within that window for the one fee
5. The zip includes an HTML file and its associated assets, plus SVG/JPEG images of each floor

Ordering the Offline Zip from the Create iGUIDE Page

To add the Offline Zip when you're creating a new iGUIDE:

1. Go to the Create iGUIDE Page
2. Under Choose Property Industry, select Insurance, Restoration & Forensics
3. Select an Instant package (Instant or Instant Sketch) as your iGUIDE package
4. Under Add Ons, select Offline Zip

Adding the Offline Zip to an Existing Instant

To add the Offline Zip to an Instant or Instant Sketch you've already created, the project must already be under the Insurance, Restoration & Forensics industry — the Offline Zip option won't appear otherwise.

1. Go to My iGUIDEs and find the Instant or Instant Sketch you want to add it to
2. Select Edit
3. Select Package & Add-ons from the left navigation
4. Select Edit Add-ons, then select Offline Zip

Additional Notes

• The download doesn't include the floor plan PDFs, the tag PDF report, or CSV exports.
• Any tags added to the tour before you download — including uploaded photos, text, and invoices — stay in the offline copy. You will not get a separate PDF tag report.
