Doors and Windows Summary CSV (Beta) & Enhanced Room Data CSV

We have a new feature in the works that will provide information on the doors and windows, as well as room data in the iGUIDE. This feature will allow you to download CSV files, which will have all information of the doors and windows, and room measurements placed within the iGUIDE.

The Doors and Windows CSV or Openings CSV is only available for iGUIDEs Created after May 5th, 2025. If your iGUIDE was created before May 5th, this feature will not be available.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the Public View URL (example: youriguide.com/vJVDL415WZ7GE1) for the iGUIDE you want to download the CSVs of.

  2. Go to the "Details" Tab in the iGUIDE.

  3. Click on the three dots icon to the right of the "Room Measurements" (see Figure 1).

  1. Click on "Export Openings CSV (Beta)" to export a CSV file of the windows and doors. Click on "Export Rooms CSV" to export a CSV file on the room measurements of the iGUIDE.

If you choose the "Export Openings CSV (Beta)" option you will receive a pop up. Click "Download" to receive the CSV file (see Figure 2).

  1. Once downloaded, you can open up the CSV file using Microsoft Excel or any similar software. Below are examples of the Openings CSV and the Rooms CSV.
