How to Add Branding with the iGUIDE Portal

Branding your iGUIDE helps you reinforce your professional identity and stand out to potential buyers exploring a property's 3D tour. The iGUIDE Portal lets you add a banner, place a custom pano branding image, and activate the iGUIDE Lead Magnet to capture viewer details.

These tools work together to give your tours a personalized, branded look while creating opportunities to connect with engaged property seekers directly from within the 3D experience.

Branding Options Available for Your iGUIDE

There are two types of branding you can apply to your iGUIDEs:

  1. Banner - visible on the 3D tour near the iGUIDE address in the top-right corner
  2. Pano Branding Image - visible on every pano when the viewer looks down toward where the camera base or tripod was positioned

Adding a Banner to Your iGUIDE  

If you did not add a banner during the URL creation process, follow these steps to add one afterwards:

  1. Click on the "My iGUIDEs" tab and use the search field to select the desired iGUIDE
  2. Go to the iGUIDE Details tab to access the iGUIDE's home page, then scroll to the "Edit Default View" tab on the left
  3. Under the "Banner" section, click the black rectangle labelled "No banner selected. Click here to select"
  4. Choose the desired banner from the list
  5. If a pop-up appears asking to update iGUIDE Analytics with the banner email, uncheck the box if you do not wish to receive weekly analytics
  6. Click the blue "OK" button to apply the changes

Image specifications to keep in mind:

  1. Headshot should be 69 x 69 pixels and no larger than 2MB
  2. Logo should be 67 x 64 pixels and no larger than 2MB

Using a Custom Banner Image

A custom banner image replaces all the data input from the banner creation process with a single graphic, providing a more personalised touch. The optimal dimensions are 2550px by 820px. The setup procedure is the same as creating a regular banner, except the text fields do not need to be filled in.

Adding a Pano Branding Image

There are 2 different ways to set up the pano branding: For a single iGUIDE, and for all iGUIDEs by default. Below are both methods:  

To brand a single iGUIDE:

  1. Find the iGUIDE on the Portal you wish to brand
  2. Under Operator Actions, click the Pano Branding Image button
  3. Select the image to be used as the branding image
  4. Scroll down and click the blue Save button to apply the changes

To set a default for all iGUIDEs:

  1. On the iGUIDE Portal, click the account name at the top right and select Settings
  2. Click the iGUIDE Defaults tab
  3. Scroll to the Pano Branding Image section and click the grey circle
  4. Choose the image to be used for the Pano Branding Image
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the blue Save button

Image recommendations:

  1. Use a circular image at least 1024 x 1024 pixels
  2. PNG file type with a transparent background
  3. If the image is not perfectly square, it will be stretched, so check the preview before saving 

Using the iGUIDE Lead Magnet

The iGUIDE Lead Magnet creates a second, more detailed view of a property that users can access by submitting their contact information through a pop-up form within the 3D tour. This feature helps Listing Agents engage with potential buyers and improves the overall tour experience.

To enable the Lead Magnet:

  1. In the iGUIDE Portal, open the Default View settings via the blue Edit button
  2. Apply a banner with a valid email and/or SMS-capable phone number
  3. Check Show Contact Form under Lead Magnet

Optional controls:

  1. "Hide on unbranded iGUIDE" for compliance with MLS rules
  2. "Disable automatic reply" to stop developer-sent replies and let agents follow up manually

How it works: Once triggered, the pop-up sends form details to the first-listed banner email and/or phone number. Agents can optionally configure an automatic reply containing a link to the Detailed View.

Default View vs Detailed View

  1. Default View - the initial experience featuring clean, focused panos only
  2. Detailed View - unlocked via the form, revealing extra panos such as garages, basements, closets, and exterior areas to enhance the experience for qualified leads

To remove the Detailed View, simply disable the contact form.

Best practices for Detailed View content:

  1. Add interior scans that show connectivity and flow
  2. Include additional rooms or spaces such as garages, closets, basements, and utility areas
  3. Consider including exterior panos to provide context of the surroundings

Notes and compliance:

  1. Work with your MLS to ensure the form is allowed in unbranded tours
  2. The form and detailed view options are only available in the iGUIDE Viewer
  3. Ensure banner contact info is accurate for proper form functionality
