How Do I Change and Add Labels on my iGUIDE's Floor Plans?
Step 1: Log into the iGUIDE portal.
Step 2: Click "My iGUIDEs" at the top of the page.
Step 3: Click on the blue "Edit" button for the iGUIDE you wish to customize.
Step 4: Scroll down to the 3D tour editor area.
If You Want to Change a Label:
Step 1: Click on the pencil icon that is beside the label you wish to change.
Step 2: A pop-up will appear. You will be able to change the name of the label in the "Label:" section of the pop up.
Step 3: Once you create the change press the blue "Ok" button.
Step 4: Once you have made all your edits for all the labels scroll down and press the blue "Save" button to save your edits.
If You Want to Create a New Label:
Step 1: Click on the "Actions" section that is located on the top left side of the 3D tour editor, and select "Add New Label"
Step 2: A new label will pop in the floorplans of the 3D tour. You can move its location by dragging the arrow symbol beside the label, and you can change the name of the label by pressing the pencil button beside the label.
How Do I Disable/Enable a Floor?
Step 1: Log into the iGUIDE portal.
Step 2: Click on "My iGUIDEs".
Step 3: Click on the blue "Edit" button for the iGUIDE you wish to customize.
Step 4: Scroll down to the 3D tour editor area.
Step 5: On the 3D tour editor select the floor you wish to enable/disable with the floor selector at the bottom of the floorplan.
Step 6: Once you have selected the floor, click on the orange pencil beside the floor's name. This will create a pop-up.
Step 7: On the pop-up you can select or deselect the section called "Show in iGUIDE". If it is checked off it will enable that floor to be seen, and if you deselect it the floor will be not visible on the 3D tour and PDF floor plans.
- Note: If the floor has been disabled you will see the name of that floor in red to represent that it is not viewable.
Step 8: After you have made your changes make sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and press the blue "Save" button to save your changes.
How Do Make a Floor Above/Below Grade?
Step 1: Log into the iGUIDE portal.
Step 2: Click on "My iGUIDEs".
Step 3: Click on the blue "Edit" button for the iGUIDE you wish to customize.
Step 4: Scroll down to the 3D tour editor area.
Step 5: On the 3D tour editor select the floor you wish to edit with the floor selector at the bottom of the floorplan.
Step 6: Once you have selected the floor, click on the orange pencil beside the floor's name. This will create a pop-up.
Step 7: In the pop-up you will see an option for "Below Grade". If it is checked off that means the floor is considered below grade, and if it is not checked it is considered above grade. After making your choice press the blue "Ok" button.
Step 8: After you have made your changes make sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and press the blue "Save" button to save your changes.
How Do I Change the Exterior Wall Thickness?
Step 1: Log into the iGUIDE portal.
Step 2: Click on "My iGUIDEs".
Step 3: Click on the blue "Edit" button for the iGUIDE you wish to customize.
Step 4: Scroll down to the 3D tour editor area.
Step 5: On the 3D tour editor select the floor you wish to edit with the floor selector at the bottom of the floorplan.
Step 6: Once you have selected the floor, click on the orange pencil beside the floor's name. This will create a pop-up.
Step 7: In the pop-up you will see an option for "Perimeter Wall Thickness". In this section you can state the exterior wall thickness for that floor by either inches or centimeters. Once you have inputted the exterior wall thickness press the blue "Ok" button.
- Note: If you need to change the exterior wall thickness for multiple floors you will need to select the different floors and make the appropriate changes for each one.
Step 8: After you have made your changes make sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and press the blue "Save" button to save your changes.
How Do I Customize Which Rooms Show Measurement Details?
Step 1: Log into the iGUIDE portal.
Step 2: Go to the section "My iGUIDEs".
Step 3: Click on the blue "Edit" button for the iGUIDE you wish to customize.
Step 4: Scroll down to the 3D tour editor area.
Step 5: Click on the pencil icon that is beside the label of the room you wish to edit.
Step 6: A pop-up will appear. You will be able to choose if you wish to show the room dimensions and room area. If it is checked then it will show in the iGUIDE details and the PDF floor plan.
Step 7: Once you create the change press the blue "Ok" button.
Step 8: Once you have made all your edits for all the rooms scroll down and press the blue "Save" button to save your edits.
How Do I Customize Which Rooms are Considered Included/Excluded?
Step 1: Log into the iGUIDE portal.
Step 2: Go to the section "My iGUIDEs".
Step 3: Click on the blue "Edit" button for the iGUIDE you wish to customize.
Step 4: Scroll down to the 3D tour editor area.
Step 5: Click on the pencil icon that is beside the label of the room you wish to edit.
Step 6: A pop-up will appear. In the "Room Flag" area you can choose if a room is Included/Excluded/Exterior.
Step 7: Once you create the change press the blue "Ok" button.
Step 8: Once you have made all your edits for all the rooms scroll down and press the blue "Save" button to save your edits.
How Do I Customize the Colour Scheme of the Floor Plan?
Step 1: Log into the iGUIDE portal.
Step 2: Click on the blue "Edit" button on the iGUIDE.
Step 3: Click on the "Viewer Color Scheme" dropdown menu to select the colour scheme you wish to use for the 3D Tour's floor plan.
Step 4: Click on the "PDF Color Scheme" dropdown menu to select the colour scheme you wish to use for the PDF floor plans.
Step 5: Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the blue "Save" button to save your changes made to the floor plans.
