What Types of Branding Can I Use for My iGUIDE?
There are 2 different types of branding you can add to your iGUIDEs: adding a Banner, and adding a pano branding image. The banner will be visible on the 3D tour near the iGUIDE address in the top right corner, and the Pano branding will be visible for every pano if the viewer looks down toward where the camera base/tripod is.
How Do I Add a Banner to My iGUIDE?
If you did not add a banner to your iGUIDE during the URL creation process but would now like to do so, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log into the iGUIDE portal.
Step 2: Access the user settings screen by clicking on your name in the iGUIDE Portal and selecting the "Settings" option in the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Navigate to the "Manage Banners" tab and click the "Create a new banner" button.
Step 4: After creating the banner, switch to the "My iGUIDEs" tab and use the search field to select the desired iGUIDE.
Step 5: Go to the iGUIDE Details tab to access the iGUIDE's home page. Scroll down to the "Edit Default View" tab on the left side of the page.
Step 6: Under the "Banner" section, click the black rectangle labeled "No banner selected. Click here to select".
Step 7: From the resulting screen, choose the desired banner from the list.
Step 8: A pop-up box may appear asking if you want to update the iGUIDE Analytics to include the email in the banner. If you do not wish to add this email to receive weekly analytics, uncheck the box.
Step 9: Once you have made your selections, click the blue "OK" button to apply the changes.
How Do I Add a Pano Branding Image?
There are 2 different ways to set up the pano branding: For a single iGUIDE, and for all iGUIDEs by default. Below are both methods:
For a Single iGUIDE:
- Find the iGUIDE on the Portal to add Pano Branding. Under Operator Actions click the Pano Branding Image button.
- From here select the image to be used as the branding image.
- We recommend that the image be circular and is at least 1024x1024 pixels, file type: PNG with a transparent background.
- If the image is not perfectly square (1024x1024) it will be stretched, we advise checking the preview for confirmation.
- Scroll down and click the blue Save button to save the changes.
All iGUIDEs by Default:
- On the iGUIDE Portal go to the account name at the top right-hand side of the page and click the Settings button.
- Click on the iGUIDE Defaults tab.
- Scroll down to the Pano Branding Image section and click the grey circle.
- Choose the image to be used for the Pano Branding Image.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the blue Save button.
What is the iGUIDE Lead Magnet?
iGUIDE Lead Magnet is a feature that creates a second, more detailed view of a property, which users can access by submitting their contact information through a pop-up form within the 3D tour. This tool aims to facilitate better engagement between tour viewers and Listing Agents, improving the overall experience for potential buyers.
How to enable
Step 1: In the iGUIDE Portal, open the Default View settings (via the blue Edit button).
Step 2: Ensure you’ve applied a banner with a valid email and/or SMS‑capable phone number.
Step 3: Check Show Contact Form under Lead Magnet.

Optional controls:
“Hide on unbranded iGUIDE” (compliance with MLS rules)
“Disable automatic reply” to disable developer‑sent replies (letting agents follow up manually)
How it works
Once triggered, the pop-up sends form details to the first-listed banner email and/or phone number. Agents can optionally configure an automatic reply that provides a link to the Detailed View
Default View vs Detailed View
Default View: The initial experience—clean, focused panos only.
Detailed View: Unlocked via the form; lets you reveal extra panos (e.g., garages, basements, closets, exterior)—enhancing the experience for qualified leads. To remove the Detailed View, simply disable the contact form.
Best practices for Detailed View content
Add interior scans that show connectivity and flow.
Include additional rooms or spaces—garages, closets, basements, utility areas.
Consider including exterior panos to give surroundings context
Notes & compliance
Work with your MLS to ensure the form is allowed in unbranded tours.
The form and detailed view options are only available in the iGUIDE Viewer.
Ensure banner contact info is accurate for proper form functionality
