 iGUIDE Site Plans for Residential Properties  

Site Plans are now available as an add-on for eligible residential iGUIDE listings. They provide a schematic view of the entire property—showing buildings, outdoor features and overall layout—directly in the iGUIDE Viewer.

Key details:

• Delivered as a dedicated “floor” in the Viewer, included in PDF reports and available as JPG and SVG downloads.  
• Requires exterior scans captured during the property shoot, which allows the user to navigate the space but is also used by our drafting team to complete the plan.  
• Designed for residential properties with individual ground level access and dedicated land. Not intended for high-rise apartment buildings or condo units.

Branded Property Overviews

Branded Property Overviews are now available on all iGUIDE Standards and Premiums at no extra cost. They generate a polished, branded PDF that includes the agent logo, colours and contact details—taken automatically from the configured Branding Template, previously called Agent Banners

Key details:  

• Combines floor plans and the Site Plan (when available) into one branded PDF.  
• Only produced when a Branding Template [CA7] is applied to the iGUIDE.  
• Not available with iGUIDE Radix or iGUIDE Instant.  

We’ve also updated the iGUIDE Branding Templates to give users more flexibility and control over how their branding appears in both the 3D Virtual Tour and PDF Floor Plan outputs. Users can now upload a headshot, a 3D Virtual Tour logo image and a separate PDF logo image. The color selection screen also allows you to select from preset color schemes or create custom room colors using hex codes.  

This update provides agents with consistent, professional collateral without additional cost additional steps to your workflow.

New support center hosted by Zendesk  

We’ve transitioned our iGUIDE product support system to Zendesk, a more comprehensive solution that brings together advanced AI capabilities with improved ease of use, speed and scalability. This upgrade supports our commitment to delivering fast, seamless and personalized service to our customers.  

What changed:  

• Intelligent chat assistant available on the iGUIDE Help Center and within the PLANIX mobile app.
• Redesigned iGUIDE Help Center with refined content and improved search capabilities.
• Easier ticket submission and tracking.

Improvements you might have missed  

Tag report PDF
The Tag PDF Report provides a downloadable summary of all tags within an iGUIDE, including both visual and text-based details. This feature is designed for accurate documentation and easy sharing.  

Report includes:  

• Floor plans with tag locations clearly marked  
• Clickable links to view tags in the 3D Virtual Tour  [AG9] 
• Detailed tag information includes:
  • Location
  • Tag name and colour
  • Tag content (notes, descriptions, media)  

Tags can include product specs, safety notes, inspection details, or embedded media. The report consolidates this information into one document for streamlined communication and record-keeping.

Easier to download CAD deliverables 
CAD deliverables can now be downloaded directly from the details page of each iGUIDE in the Portal, or directly from the delivery email, giving you two convenient ways to access DWGs and other drafted outputs without extra steps. This update streamlines access to project files, improves workflow efficiency, and ensures all available CAD deliverables are stored alongside the rest of your project assets.

Additional measurement diagram on all Floor Plan PDFs for the AEC industry
All iGUIDEs ordered under the AEC industry now include an additional floor plan measurement diagram designed specifically for AEC workflows. This enhancement provides clearer dimensional references and supports industry-standard measurement practices such as ANSI Z765.

DXF deliverable includes all captured floors
The DXF file included in the iGUIDE deliverables now contains all captured floors, regardless of whether those floors include drafted elements or not. This DXF represents the source LiDAR based point cloud for the full property.

Offline project editing
This new feature allows users to make simple edits to their projects without needing a connected camera.  

Key capabilities include:  

• Align, edit, or delete scans
• Create, edit, or delete tags
• Add, edit, or delete floors 
• Edit project names

Camera generated sounds – PLANIX R1
This update introduces an option in the PLANIX App settings to enable sound notifications from the PLANIX R1, providing audible feedback during operation for improved user experience (similar to the PLANIX Pro experience).  

HDPhotoHub Integration Improvement 
The iGUIDE integration provided by HDPhotoHub helps you save time by automatically creating draft iGUIDE orders based on your client's photography order. You can choose which products automatically trigger an iGUIDE order through the product configuration settings (Business > Shopping Cart). 

Once the iGUIDE order is processed, the assets are automatically added to Site Media, eliminating manual steps, reducing typos and streamlining your workflow. You can also enhance your assets by adding agent branding through HDPhotoHub, including logo assets and other branding elements that carry through to the final iGUIDE deliverables.

Updated Global Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; Introduction of Terms of Use

As part of our new partnership with REA Group, we’ve made localized updates to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to reflect regional requirements and improve clarity. We are also introducing a new Terms of Use for the iGUIDE Viewer to better outline platform expectations and user responsibilities.

These updates are already in effect for new customers. For existing customers, they will take effect on April 17, 2026, and will replace the current versions.
