Overview
The Billing section of your iGUIDE Operator Dashboard lets you access, review and download your billing information directly from your account. It also clarifies what makes up the billable area for each iGUIDE so you can understand your charges with confidence.

How to Access Billing Information
Follow these steps to view your billing information from the Operator Dashboard:
- Visit manage.youriguide.com and log into your Operator account
- Click Dashboard, then select Billing from the left-hand menu
- Use the search bar to find a specific iGUIDE by address, or select a month and year to view billing for a specific period
- Review the billing list, which includes property address, StitchData uploader, associated agent, publish date, industry type, package type (such as Standard, Premium or AutoCAD), add-ons, billable area (in imperial and metric) and cost — hover over any cost for a full breakdown
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to download billing info as a CSV or TSV file for use in Excel, Google Sheets or other spreadsheet tools.
What Billable Area Includes
The billable area is the total drafted space used to calculate your iGUIDE invoice. The following spaces are included:
- All interior areas of all floors, including below grade
- Sunrooms
- Crawlspaces
- Rooms only accessible from outside
- Areas with sloped ceilings under 5 feet in height
The following spaces are not included in the billable area:
- Attached garages on the main building only
- Cold rooms
- Areas open to below
- Outdoor spaces such as balconies, decks and patios
How to Access Invoices on the Portal
Follow these steps to find your invoices in the iGUIDE Portal:
- Go to the iGUIDE Portal and sign in to your account
- Click Dashboard at the top — note that only Operator accounts can access the Dashboard (see Roles and Accounts for more information)
- Click Invoices on the left-hand side
- Find the invoice by selecting the year you are looking for
Important Notes
Keep these points in mind when reviewing your billing information:
- Exterior wall thickness does not affect the billable area
- The billable area is recorded once the iGUIDE is published or pre-published by the Drafting Team
- Every invoice includes a definition of the billable area for transparency
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I download billing data for multiple months at once?
A: Currently, billing data must be downloaded one month at a time.
Q: Is the billable area the same as the official property size?
A: Not necessarily. Some drafted spaces may not count toward official property size reporting.
Q: When is the billable area finalized?
A: It is finalized once the iGUIDE is published or pre-published.
