Customizing your iGUIDE floor plans helps you tailor each property listing to match your branding, presentation style, and the specific information buyers need to see. From the iGUIDE Portal, you can adjust labels, control which floors and rooms appear, modify wall thickness, and set the colour scheme used across both the 3D Tour and PDF outputs.
These customization tools give you full creative control over how your floor plans look and feel, helping you produce polished, accurate, and professional results that elevate your property marketing.

Changing and Adding Labels on Floor Plans
Labels help identify rooms and key areas on your floor plan. You can either edit existing labels or add new ones from the 3D Tour Editor.
To access the editor:
- Log into the iGUIDE Portal
- Click "My iGUIDEs" at the top of the page
- Click the blue "Edit" button for the iGUIDE you wish to customize
- Scroll down to the 3D Tour Editor area
To change an existing label:
- Click the pencil icon beside the label you wish to change
- In the pop-up, update the name in the "Label:" section
- Click the blue "Ok" button to confirm
- Once all edits are complete, scroll down and press the blue "Save" button
To create a new label:
- Click the "Actions" section at the top left of the 3D Tour Editor and select "Add New Label"
- Drag the arrow symbol beside the new label to reposition it on the floor plan
- Click the pencil icon beside the label to rename it
Disabling and Enabling a Floor
You can choose which floors are visible in your 3D Tour and PDF floor plans:
- Log into the iGUIDE Portal
- Click "My iGUIDEs"
- Click the blue "Edit" button for the iGUIDE you wish to customize
- Scroll down to the 3D Tour Editor area
- Use the floor selector at the bottom of the floor plan to choose the floor
- Click the orange pencil beside the floor's name to open the pop-up
- Tick or untick "Show in iGUIDE" to enable or disable the floor's visibility
- Scroll to the bottom and press the blue "Save" button
Note: When a floor is disabled, its name will appear in red to indicate it is not viewable.
Setting a Floor Above or Below Grade
To classify whether a floor is above or below grade:
- Log into the iGUIDE Portal
- Click "My iGUIDEs"
- Click the blue "Edit" button for the iGUIDE you wish to customize
- Scroll down to the 3D Tour Editor area
- Use the floor selector at the bottom to choose the floor
- Click the orange pencil beside the floor's name to open the pop-up
- Tick "Below Grade" to mark the floor as below grade, or leave it unticked for above grade, then click the blue "Ok" button
- Scroll down and press the blue "Save" button
Changing the Exterior Wall Thickness
Adjusting wall thickness ensures floor plan accuracy for each level of the property:
- Log into the iGUIDE Portal
- Click "My iGUIDEs"
- Click the blue "Edit" button for the iGUIDE you wish to customize
- Scroll down to the 3D Tour Editor area
- Use the floor selector to choose the floor
- Click the orange pencil beside the floor's name to open the pop-up
- Enter the exterior wall thickness in inches or centimeters under "Perimeter Wall Thickness" and click the blue "Ok" button
- Scroll down and press the blue "Save" button
Note: Wall thickness must be set individually for each floor that requires changes.
Customizing Which Rooms Show Measurement Details
You can decide which rooms display dimensions and area details across the iGUIDE Details and PDF floor plan:
- Log into the iGUIDE Portal
- Go to the "My iGUIDEs" section
- Click the blue "Edit" button for the iGUIDE you wish to customise
- Scroll down to the 3D Tour Editor area
- Click the pencil icon beside the label of the room you wish to edit
- In the pop-up, tick the boxes to show room dimensions and room area
- Click the blue "Ok" button to confirm
- Once all edits are complete, scroll down and press the blue "Save" button
Customizing Which Rooms are Included or Excluded
This option lets you flag rooms as Included, Excluded, or Exterior in the property's measurements:
- Log into the iGUIDE Portal
- Go to the "My iGUIDEs" section
- Click the blue "Edit" button for the iGUIDE you wish to customise
- Scroll down to the 3D Tour Editor area
- Click the pencil icon beside the label of the room you wish to edit
- In the "Room Flag" area, choose Included, Excluded, or Exterior
- Click the blue "Ok" button to confirm
- Once all edits are complete, scroll down and press the blue "Save" button
Customizing the Floor Plan Colour Scheme
You can apply different colour schemes for the 3D Tour and PDF floor plans:
- Log into the iGUIDE Portal
- Click the blue "Edit" button on the iGUIDE
- Use the "Viewer Color Scheme" dropdown to select the colour scheme for the 3D Tour's floor plan
- Use the "PDF Color Scheme" dropdown to select the colour scheme for the PDF floor plans
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the blue "Save" button
