How to Change Your iGUIDE Portal on the PLANIX App

Overview

This section will show you how to change what portal you can use on the PLANIX App.

Before You Begin

• Make sure you have the PLANIX app downloaded and installed on your preferred smart device
• Ensure you have an operator account set up and ready to go 

Steps

Step 1: Open up the PLANIX app. 

Step 2: Go to "Settings" at the bottom right of the screen. 

Step 3: Under "Portal URL" you will find a list of the different types of iGUIDE portals you can select. Select the correct iGUIDE portal for you to use (the default iGUIDE portal is youriguide.com).  

Step 4: Once you have it switched it will remain switched until you change it again.

Troubleshooting

What is the normal iGUIDE portal I should use? 
You should always use the URL "youriguide.com" as your iGUIDE portal unless instructed to change it.
