How to Change Your iGUIDE Portal on the PLANIX App

Overview

The PLANIX app lets Operators choose which iGUIDE Portal their projects upload to. The default is youriguide.com, but the app supports switching between regional or alternate portals when required by your account or workflow.

This guide walks through how to update the Portal URL setting in the PLANIX app, helping Operators ensure their finished iGUIDEs are sent to the correct destination so projects publish accurately and align with their account configuration.

Before You Begin

1. Install the PLANIX app on your preferred smart device 
2. Have an active Operator account set up and ready to use 

Steps to Change Your iGUIDE Portal

1. Open the PLANIX app
2. Tap Settings in the bottom-right corner of the screen
3. Under Portal URL, select the iGUIDE portal you'd like to use (default: youriguide.com)
4. Your selection will remain in place until manually changed again

Troubleshooting

What is the normal iGUIDE portal I should use? 
You should always use the URL "youriguide.com" as your iGUIDE portal unless instructed to change it.
