The iGUIDE Advanced Drawing Package pairs an iGUIDE Premium virtual walkthrough with a drafted floor plan (DWG), a detailed plotted drawing package and lidar point cloud data for all floors (DXF). Together these deliverables provide complete documentation of a property, making it a go-to choice for architects, designers and contractors who need rich, measurable property data.

Understanding the iGUIDE Advanced Drawing Package

The Advanced Drawing Package combines a Premium virtual walkthrough with a comprehensive set of drafted and measured drawings. It is designed to deliver everything needed for downstream design and construction workflows in a single, complete package.

Key Features

The Advanced Drawing Package includes the following deliverables in every project:

  1. iGUIDE Premium 3D Virtual Walkthrough
  2. Plotted Drawing Package (PDF) including As-Built Floor Plans with surface-level details
  3. Dimension drawing in DWG export format
  4. Lidar point cloud data of all floors
  5. Drafted Floor Plan (DWG)
  6. Lidar point cloud data of all floors (DXF) 

Available Add-ons

The Advanced Drawing Package supports a range of paid add-ons that can be included with your order. When selected, these add-ons are automatically added to the Plotted PDF Drawing Package, giving you flexibility to choose exactly what deliverables your project needs:

  1. Reflected Ceiling Plan
  2. Exterior Elevations
  3. Roof Plan
  4. 3D Model

Important Notes

Keep these points in mind when ordering the Advanced Drawing Package:

  1. The Advanced Drawing Package is typically ready within 3 days after the main iGUIDE is published, depending on building size and complexity and the current volume of iGUIDEs in the queue
  2. The Plotted Drawing PDF is only available with the Advanced Drawing Package — it cannot be added as an add-on to the Premium Package
  3. Add-ons are not included by default and must be selected for an additional cost when ordering — see the Advanced Drawing Package Deliverables document for full details
  4. Chief Architect can import DWG and DXF files. We provide files in standard 2018 DWG format for broad compatibility, but we don't support external software platforms—any compatibility issues, version mismatches, or import errors are outside our scope.
