What is a Roof Plan?
Roof Plans are architectural drawings that depict the layout and design of a building’s roof, including features such as slopes, edges, and roof details of the primary structure. What is included?
- Drafted roof plan (DWG)
- Includes slopes and roof edges of the primary structure
Availability
- This add-on is available with the iGUIDE Premium and iGUIDE Advanced Drawing packages and is delivered in DWG format for compatibility with most CAD software
Important Notes
- Roof Plans are typically delivered an additional 1 day to DWG, 3D Model, or Advanced Drawing Packages. This is dependent on the size and complexity of the property, as well as the volume of iGUIDEs in our queue.
- Please note that there are advanced capture requirements needed to deliver this file. Ensure you check our Advanced iGUIDE Capture Techniques article for more information and specifics on scans needed.
