This article explains how to upload your iGUIDE data for the pre‑build stage, how to request updates during construction, and how to submit post‑build updates—ensuring every stage of the project is properly documented.

Standard/ Premium Workflow
Follow these steps to order a Standard or Premium package for your building or renovation project.
Initial Capture and Upload
- For the initial capture and upload, you would scan the property as normal, ensuring you follow our Scanning Best Practices.
- Label each floor with the date of capture to indicate that it is a pre‑build or pre‑reno scan. i.e: First Floor- February 25.
- Once all required scans have been captured, you would upload to the portal for processing
Requesting an Update for Mid-project and post-build
To upload scans from the middle of the project, or post-build updates, you would want to follow the steps below:
- In the Planix App, start a new project, noting whether the scans are for mid‑project updates or post‑build updates.
- Capture scans as normal, labeling each floor with the date of capture.
- Example: First Floor – March 3
- After capturing all updated scans, submit a request to update your initial iGUIDE.
- In your request, specify whether you'd like to keep the original floors/panos so the full building progression is documented.
- Once the updates are published, you’ll be able to view each floor according to its stage in the project timeline.
Radix Workflow
Follow these steps to order a Radix package for your building or renovation project.
Initial Capture and Upload
- For the initial capture and upload, you would scan the property as normal, ensuring you follow our Scanning Best Practices.
- Label each floor with the date of capture to indicate that it is a pre‑build or pre‑reno scan. i.e: First Floor- February 25.
- Once all required scans have been captured, you would upload to the portal for processing
Requesting an Update for Mid-project and post-build
To upload scans from the middle of the project, or post-build updates, you would want to follow the steps below:
- In the Planix App, create a new floor within your existing project indicating the floor and the date captured
- Example: First Floor – March 3
- After capturing all updated scans, you will need to transfer your data from your mobile device to a computer
- Your project will need to be opened within Stitch, and re-exported to include the new scans/data
- Go to manage.youriguide.com and open the iGUIDE you want to update.
- Click "Edit" and look for "Stitch Data" on the left hand side
- Upload your new Stitch.tar file here, and your newly added scans will be added to the existing iGUIDE
Important Notes
- Radix updates overwrite all previous data. Make sure you include ALL scans (initial + updated) in your upload.
- For Standard/Premium updates, your request must specify that you want earlier scans retained so the different build phases remain visible.
