Overview

The Details page is the central hub for managing each iGUIDE in the portal. From this single page, you can open the 3D tour, copy or edit shareable URLs, manage integrations, switch between views, lock or duplicate views, and download files like gallery images, photo spheres, PDF floor plans, and DWG add-ons.

It also displays general info, gallery content, collaborators, and property address details—each with quick-edit

What is the Details page?

The Details page is the main information hub for any iGUIDE, providing access to all its core options and features in one place.

  1. iGUIDE Link – Opens the 3D tour of the iGUIDE in a new page
  2. Copy iGUIDE URL – Copies the 3D tour URL for easy sharing
  3. Edit iGUIDE URL – Allows you to edit the iGUIDE's shareable URL
  4. Manage Integrations – Opens the Integrations page for the iGUIDE
  5. iGUIDE View Selector – Dropdown menu for switching between different views of the same iGUIDE
  6. iGUIDE Duplicate – Creates a new view for the iGUIDE
  7. Lock Button – Locks or unlocks the currently selected view
  8. Edit View Button – Opens the Edit View Page for the current view

Links Section (9)

  1. Provides copy options for the iGUIDE's various links 
  2. Allows downloads of files including the gallery, photo spheres, PDF floor plans, DWG, and other add-on files 
  3. If a file is not yet ready, the current status of the work order will display in place of the download button

General Info Section (10)

  1. Shows when the iGUIDE was created and the URL's expiry date 
  2. Displays when the iGUIDE was last updated 
  3. Lists all tags associated with the current view 
  4. Includes a Preview button to view the current 3D tour

Gallery Information (11)

  1. Showcases the iGUIDE's current gallery images 
  2. Includes a quick-access Edit button to update gallery photos directly

Collaborators Information (12)

  1. Displays the manager, editors, and subscribers tied to the iGUIDE 
  2. The Edit button opens the iGUIDE Collaborators window for managing access

Property Address Information (13)

  1. Displays the iGUIDE's current property address details 
  2. The Edit button allows you to update the address information

How to Access the Details Page 

  1. In the iGUIDE Portal, go to the My iGUIDEs section to find the list of your iGUIDEs 
  2. Click on the title or address of any iGUIDE to open its Details page 
  3. Alternatively, click the iGUIDE Details button next to the iGUIDE you want to open 

Troubleshooting

I can't find my different iGUIDE views. Where are they? 

  • You can find and select your different iGUIDE views from the iGUIDE view dropdown menu. In the image above it is located at #5.
