This section will provide a breakdown of the details page for all iGUIDEs.

What is the Details page?

The details page is the main information page about your iGUIDE. From this page you will have access to many different options and features for your iGUIDE. Here is a breakdown of those options and features:  

  1. iGUIDE Link: This button will open up a new page to your 3D tour of the iGUIDE.
  2. Copy iGUIDE URL: This button will allow you to copy the iGUIDEs 3D tour URL. This is useful for sharing your iGUIDE's.
  3. Edit iGUIDE URL: This button is used to edit the iGUIDE's sharable URL.
  4. Manage Integrations: This button will open up the Integrations page for your iGUIDE.
  5. iGUIDE View Selector: This is where you can select which view you want to see if your iGUIDE has different views through the dropdown menu.
  6. iGUIDE Duplicate: This button will allow you to make a new view for your iGUIDE.
  7. Lock Button: This button will allow you to lock/unlock the current view of your iGUIDE.
  8. Edit View Button: This button will take you to the Edit View Page of the current view you have selected for the iGUIDE.
  9. Links: This is where you can copy the different links of your iGUIDE, or download the different files of your iGUIDE such as gallery, spheres, PDF floor plans, DWG, and other add-on files.
  10. General Info Section: This section will give you a breakdown of the general information of your current iGUIDE view. This includes when the iGUIDE was created, the expiry date for the iGUIDE view URL, when it was last updated, as well as the different tags that are associated with the current iGUIDE view. You will also have a Preview button to view the current iGUIDE 3D tour.
  11. Gallery Information: This section will showcase the iGUIDE's gallery, and contains a edit button shortcut to edit your iGUIDE gallery photos.
  12. Collaborators Information: This section showcases the general collaborators information for the iGUIDE. From here you can see who is the manager, editors, and subscribers of the iGUIDE. You also can press the edit button to open up the iGUIDE Collaborators window to edit your collaborators.
  13. Property Address Information: This section showcases the iGUIDE's address information. You can press on the edit button to also edit your iGUIDE's address information. 

*NOTE* If the files are not ready to download you will see the current status of the work order for the file instead of the download button. 

How do I get to my Details page? 

  • There are two ways to access to your Details page for your iGUIDEs. In the iGUIDE portal you will want to go to the "My iGUIDEs" section. From here you will find the list of your iGUIDEs. You can either press on the title/address of any iGUIDE, or press on the "iGUIDE Details" button to open up your iGUIDE's details page. 

Troubleshooting

I can't find my different iGUIDE views. Where are they? 

  • You can find and select your different iGUIDE views from the iGUIDE view dropdown menu. In the image above it is located at #5.
