Overview
The iGUIDE Portal is a web-based platform that stores and manages your entire database of iGUIDEs. It is where you upload, publish, edit, and customize tours, manage your account, and access billing, training, and support resources—all from a single dashboard.
To use the portal, you need an active account, which can be set up either through an invitation email or by self-registering on the login page.

Logging into the iGUIDE Portal for the First Time
To upload iGUIDEs, you must activate your account using the invitation sent to the email address used to purchase your camera. Skipping this step or using a different email will leave you without the permissions needed to create iGUIDEs.
There are two ways to get access:
- Invited – If you purchased a camera, were invited as a sub-account, or were invited as an editor, you will receive a confirmation email; click the link, set a password, and you will be logged into the portal
- Account Creation – Go to the iGUIDE Portal login screen, select
- Create Account, and supply your name, email, and a password; you will then receive a validation email before being able to log in Note that without a camera attached to your account (as manager, editor, or sub-account), you will not be able to create iGUIDEs
Key Functions of the iGUIDE Portal
- Create iGUIDE – Located at the top of the portal, this is where new iGUIDEs are created when uploading projects through Stitch
- My iGUIDEs – Displays all current iGUIDEs that are published or in progress, allowing you to view, edit, and customize each one
- Dashboard – Used to create sub-accounts, update business details, view billing and invoices, and access the cost calculator for project estimates
- Support – Provides information on packages and add-ons, pricing, training links, support pages, and product update notes
My iGUIDEs Search Filters
- Type – Filter by iGUIDE type, including All, Standard, Premium, Photos-Only, Radix, and Instant Sketch (Instant is also available in the United States)
- Status – Filter by current status, including All, Published, Processing, and Missing Stitch Data
- Industry-Filter by selected industry, including Real Estate Transaction, Insurance, Restoration and Forensics, Architecture & Remodel, and Facility Management
Visual Indicators
- Missing Stitch Data tag – Indicates the iGUIDE does not yet have Stitch Data uploaded
- Processing tag – Confirms Stitch Data has been successfully uploaded
- Red border – Highlights iGUIDEs missing Stitch Data that may still require action
- Published label – Replaces the previous "Drafted" terminology to align with current usage
- Lock symbol – Indicates a locked iGUIDE view

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What should I do if I forgot my password to the iGUIDE portal?
A: On the login screen press on the link at the bottom of the page that says "Reset Password" to have an email sent to you that will contain a link to submit a new password for the account.
