You may want to change your account credentials because your company is under new management or the person primarily in charge of your iGUIDE services has been changed. If you are able to access the portal account please refer to the "Changing account credentials" section
Alternatively, you may have created one or more iGUIDES that your client or a different company would like to assume management of. If this applies to you, skip this portion and head down to "Changing iGUIDE Manager".
Log in to the iGUIDE Portal at manage.youriguide.com. Once you are logged in, click on your name at the top right corner and click Settings. See Figure 1.
Navigate to the Edit Profile Tab. See Figure 2.
Fill out the new credentials you would like to have used, and enter your password. Once you are finished making all your changes and have filled in your password, click the Change button. If you do not click the change button the updates will not be implemented. See Figure 3.
You have now successfully changed the credentials of the operator account. If you are still having any issues or you can not access your account please contact us via a ticket and we will assist you.
To change the manager of an iGUIDE, search for the iGUIDE on the My iGUIDES page. Click on the Edit button of the iGUIDE you need to change the management of. See Figure 4.
On the left-hand side, click on iGUIDE Collaborators. Here you can see the Editors, Subscribers, and the Manager. See Figure 5.
Click on the Manager field and type in the name or e-mail of the new Manager. Once you see the correct user in the drop-down list, make sure to select them. See Figure 6.
Click the Save button to the right of the Manager field.
You have now assigned a new Manager to the iGUIDE!
