Overview
The iGUIDE Portal uses a system of roles and account types to control how users create, edit, and manage iGUIDEs. Roles include Editor, Manager, Subscriber, and Primary Contact, while account types include Operator, Sub-account, and User.
Each role and account type has different permissions, allowing operators to delegate work, share access with clients, and ensure that only authorized users can make changes or receive reports.
