How to Create an iGUIDE on the iGUIDE Portal

Overview

Creating an iGUIDE on the portal is a straightforward upload process that turns your captured project data into a published, shareable tour. The workflow involves selecting an industry, choosing a package and add-ons, entering the property address, and uploading your exported Stitch TAR file.

You can also upgrade existing iGUIDEs or add new features—such as ESX, CAD, or 3D Model add-ons—directly from the portal after publishing.

Before You Begin

1. Transfer your project to a computer and export it through Stitch 
2. Confirm you are logged into the iGUIDE Portal

Steps to Create an iGUIDE

1. Select + Create iGUIDE in the iGUIDE Portal 
2. Choose the Property Industry that matches your intended use 
3. Choose the iGUIDE package and add-ons that best suit your project—these can be upgraded later after publishing 
4. Enter the property address, or select Disable Property Address to use a custom name instead (this choice cannot be reverted afterwards), then click the blue Select button to continue 
5. Drag and drop the exported Stitch TAR file into the Upload Stitch Data section 
6. Fill in any advanced options you want to apply before uploading—most of these can also be customized later 
7. Click the blue Create iGUIDE button to begin uploading; a progress bar will appear at the bottom of the page and confirm completion at 100%

How to Upgrade or Request an Add-On for a Published iGUIDE

1. Go to the iGUIDE Portal and click My iGUIDEs 
2. Click the desired iGUIDE Click Packages & Add-ons 
3. To request an upgrade, click the appropriate option under Package Upgrade—all applicable options will be visible 
4. To request an add-on, click Edit Add-ons 
5. Select all applicable add-ons you wish to request 
6. Click Request to submit

Best Practices

1. Always export your Stitch project to a TAR file before starting the upload to avoid mid-process delays 
2. Double-check the property address (or custom name) before clicking Select, since this choice cannot be reverted later
