Any iGUIDE can be virtually staged by downloading a panoramic image from the iGUIDE Portal
The iGUIDE panos can only be replaced up to two weeks following publishing. When a pano is replaced the original is no longer available for download. Consider keeping copies of the original panorama or the original project folder to retain access to the original unedited/unstaged versions.
Create an iGUIDE as you would normally.
Once drafting is complete, find your iGUIDE in the MyiGUIDEs section of the iGUIDE Portal(manage.youriguide.com).
Click the blue Edit button.
Click the Replace Pano Images button (see Figure 1).
Select the pano you would like to replace on the preview iGUIDE (see Figure 2).
Download the pano image (see Figure 3).
Send the image to a company for virtual staging.
Upload the new/edited image to the iGUIDE Portal (see Figure 3).
Repeat steps 5-8 for every panorama you would like to replace.

You can give someone access to the iGUIDE by ~creating a sub-account for them on the iGUIDE Portal and~ adding them as an Editor so they can download the panoramas, edit them, and then re-upload them.
IMPORTANT: Please be aware that assigning anyone as an Editor will allow them abilities similar to your own, beyond just replacing panoramas. This method is recommended only for virtual stagers that you trust or have a direct working relationship with. Be mindful of both your own and your client’s security.

On the Operator Dashboard, create a sub-account for the virtual stager to use, or share the login information for the account if one already exists.
Assign the virtual stager as an Editor on the iGUIDE by entering the account into the Editors field in the iGUIDE People section.
Have the virtual stager use method 1 or 2 to update the panos, starting at step 2.
