How to Create an iGUIDE on the iGUIDE Portal

Overview

This section is focused on the step-by-step instructions on how to upload your project to the iGUIDE portal. 

Before You Begin

• Make sure you have transferred your project to a computer, and exported it through Stitch.
• Make sure you are logged into the iGUIDE Portal. 

Steps

Step 1: Select "+ Create iGUIDE" in the iGUIDE portal. 

Step 2: Choose your Property Industry that matches your use for the iGUIDE. 

Step 3: Choose the iGUIDE package and add-ons that work best for your iGUIDE. 

• Note that you can always upgrade your iGUIDE or add new add-ons after the iGUIDE has been published (except for the Radix which cannot be upgraded). 

Step 4: Enter in the property address for the iGUIDE. 

• If you do not wish to enter in an address you can always select "Disable Property Address" and type in your own name for the iGUIDE instead. Please note that once you have done this you cannot revert back to a normal address afterwards or vice versa.
• After putting in an address please make sure to press the blue "Select" button, otherwise you will not be able to move forward. 

Step 5: Drag and Drop the exported Stitch TAR file into the Upload Stitch Data section. 

• This file will automatically be generated when you export a project on Stitch. 

Step 6: Fill in any advanced options you wish to select before uploading the data to the iGUIDE portal. 

• Note that many of these advance options can be customized after the iGUIDE has been created. 

Step 7: Press the blue "Create iGUIDE" button to begin uploading your data to the iGUIDE portal. 

• Once this begins you will see a percentage bar generate at the bottom of the page. Once it gets to 100% your iGUIDE has properly been uploaded to the report. 

How to Upgrade or Request an Add-On to a Published iGUIDE

If you need to upgrade or request an add-on to a published iGUIDE, like an ESX, CAD or 3D Model, follow these steps below: 

Step 1: Head to the iGUIDE Portal and click My iGUIDEs

Step 2: Click on the desired iGUIDE

Step 3: Click "Packages & Add-ons

Step 4: (If applicable) To request an upgrade, under "Package Upgrade" click the appropriate package you would like to upgrade to. All applicable options will be visible. 

Step 5: To request an add-on, click "Edit Add-ons"

Step 6: Select all applicable Add-ons you would like to request for you iGUIDE

Step 7: Click "Request"
