Overview
Most changes to a published iGUIDE are made in one place: the Edit View Page in the iGUIDE Portal. Use this article to find the change you want to make, where to make it, and the step-by-step guide for it.
Looking for account-wide settings instead? This article covers edits to one published iGUIDE. To change the defaults applied to every new iGUIDE, see How to Edit Your iGUIDE Default Settings.

- The order of floors. Floors appear in the order the project was ordered in Stitch or the Planix app. To change the floor order, submit an update request to the drafting team.
- The order of rooms on the Details tab. Rooms are sorted alphabetically by floor, with labels that start with numbers at the top.
- [Support team to add: other changes that need a redraft or a ticket, e.g. moved walls or missing rooms.]
If the change you need isn't listed in this article, open a ticket and our support team will help.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why didn't my edits save?
A: Click the blue Save button at the bottom of the Edit View Page after making changes. Clicking Ok in a pop-up confirms that one change but doesn't save the page.
Q: Will my changes update the PDF floor plans too?
A: Most options apply to the Viewer, PDF floor plans and Report. Options that hide a specific download, such as Hide Floor Plan PDF or Hide Tag Report PDF, affect only that download.
