Understanding the Analytics Report
The Analytics Report is sent every 7 days to subscribers and shares performance data for each iGUIDE
- Weekly emails are not sent for iGUIDEs less than two days old, so iGUIDEs drafted on Saturdays will not receive Monday reports
- Automatic reports sent on Mondays show "Last 7 days," while manually sent reports show "This week" with the specific date range
- Visits too short to load the iGUIDE Viewer are not counted
- Aggressive browser extensions like AdBlockers may block session reporting requests
- Emails are sent between 1 and 6 am EDT every Monday—this schedule cannot be changed, but you can send reports manually anytime
Exploring the View Report
The View Report provides a central collection of useful links and information for each iGUIDE.
- Download links for low-resolution and high-resolution gallery photos
- Branded and unbranded iGUIDE URLs
- Property measurement details
- Branding and social media links
- Tools including the embedding tool and the offline iGUIDE viewer
