Sometimes the drafting team is able to complete some, but not all of the submitted iGUIDE. In this case, the iGUIDE may be entered into a pre-published state, and is not fully published. Any add-ons for an iGUIDE put in the pre-published state will be put on hold until the user decides on how to resolve the pre-published state.
This option is generally suited for professionals in the Insurance & Restoration, Architecture & Remodel, or Facility Management industries, where capturing every space might not be necessary. However, for those in Real Estate, this option is not recommended. Complete and accurate property reporting is crucial in real estate, so any missing spaces should be carefully reviewed before publishing.
The user will be notified by email with details and an image regarding the reason(s) for pre-publishing, along with the next steps required to complete the iGUIDE, here there are two options:
The user can choose to submit an updated stich.tar file with the correct adjustments, (most commonly collecting data for a missed space).
If the user does not want to make any adjustments, they can select the publish as is option. The iGUIDE will be published.
(Automatically publish regardless of missing area/scans)
For users that do not want their iGUIDE pre-published, the option to skip pre-publishing is available. The option, Skip pre-publishing (automatically publish regardless of missing area/scans can be enabled on the , under the iGUIDE Processing category. This will apply to every iGUIDE created, unless overwritten by the banner settings.
