Access Billing Information from your Dashboard

As an Operator account holder (see iGUIDE Roles and Accounts), you may want to use the Billing List to get live access to billing details before your monthly invoice, check your iGUIDE processing fees, check the cost of a particular update request to an iGUIDE, or to export a CSV or TSV with additional details for your records.

Note: The costs you see on this page may not be the final cost that you see on your invoice. See Billing FAQ & Billable Area Defined for more information.

Utilizing the Billing List

Step 1: Log in to the iGUIDE Portal

Log in to the Portal at manage.youriguide.com. Once you are logged in, click on Dashboard at the top of the website.

Step 2: Select Billing

On the left-hand side, click on the Billing button.

Step 3: Filtering

If you are looking for a particular iGUIDE, use the search bar to find the address of your iGUIDE.

B): Pick the Month and Year

If you are looking for billing information on all iGUIDEs created during a specific period, define the billing period by selecting the month and year.

Step 4: Look at the details

Now that you have specified the iGUIDE or billing period, you can see the following details shown below:

Definitions of the page:

1. Address: This is the street address of the property

2. StitchData Uploader: This is the person who uploaded the stitch data for the iGUIDE

3. Agent: This is the Realtor or Real Estate Agent that is associated with the iGUIDE (if any)

4. Publish Date: This is the Date the iGUIDE was fully drafted and published.

5. Industry: This shows if the property was of a Residential, Commercial, or Insurance and Restoration type.

6. Package Type: This shows the type of iGUIDE package or the type of work completed. Some examples are:

  • Standard

  • Premium

  • Radix

  • Xactimate ESX

  • AutoCAD DWG

  • iGUIDE Update

  • iGUIDE Error Correction

7. Add-Ons: This column shows the iGUIDE's selected add-ons.

8. Billable Area: This shows the Billable Area in imperial units (and metric units in parentheses).

9. Cost: This will show you the final cost of the iGUIDE based on its Package type and add-ons. There may be more if other work was done to the iGUIDE such as an iGUIDE update. You can also interact with the information in this column by hovering your cursor for more Cost Details. See below:

Note: If you would like to download Billing details as a CSV or TSV, please continue to step 5.

Step 5: Scroll Down and Download the file

You can download a single month's billing information as either a CSV or a TSV file. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page, click on the arrow, and choose to download as a CSV or a TSV file.

Once you have successfully downloaded your file, to open it use Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any other software that is compatible with TSV files or CSV files.
