iGUIDE and Add-On Processing Time Guidelines

*These estimates exclude Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and outside office hours (Mon - Fri, 9 am—5 pm ET)

iGUIDE (For properties under 10,000 SF):

iGUIDEs with all required data uploaded to the Portal will be processed within 24 hours.

Add-On (For properties under 10,000 SF):

• ESX: Within twenty-four (24) hours after the iGUIDE is published.

• DWG: Within forty-eight (48) hours after the iGUIDE is published.

• RVT: Within three(3) to four(4) days after the iGUIDE is published. 2D CAD: Within one(1) to five(5) days after the iGUIDE is published. 3D CAD: Within five(5) to ten(10) days after the iGUIDE is published.

iGUIDES and Add-Ons (For properties over 10,000 SF):

A standard turnaround time for iGUIDEs and Add-Ons is not guaranteed if the property exceeds 10,000 sq ft. Delivery time depends on successfully publishing the iGUIDE, property size, complexity, and additional add-ons.
