Insurance & Restoration iGUIDE Training
Here you will find a guide to help you create your first iGUIDE!
1. Camera
Camera Setup
Keep mobile/cellular data on your smart device turned off while connecting to the camera, this can help ensure your Browser can only communicate with our system. This does not always need to be actioned.
Before leaving the site, in the Survey screen, confirm that your laser data is aligned as precisely as possible, it's much easier to fill in missing spaces on-site than having to return, checking your alignment can certainly help prevent this.
Please Note: If you perform an on-site upload then you can go directly to step #3.-portal, and skip step #2.-stitch
iGUIDE Radix Option
If you do not need a standard/premium iGUIDE, which essentially means you only need a virtual tour of the space, then iGUIDE Radix is the way to go!

2. Stitch
Now that you've collected the data you need for your iGUIDE, it's time to go over your work and make sure everything is aligned correctly in Stitch! Stitch is our software that helps you confirm the alignment of the data you captured on-site, process any image edits, and create an export file (.tar) that you can upload to get your iGUIDE drafted. You can download Stitch here: Downloads Check out the links below to get started with your Stitch training! This is a crucial step, take your time with it!
3. Portal
3.1 Operator Portal Account
The first step to get you started is to set up your Operator account. Your operator account will give you access to create iGUIDEs! For information on account types, see Accounts To get you started we have sent a portal invite to your email address (the one you provided when purchasing your camera). It should look like this:
The email may be in your spam/junk folder if you don't see it in your regular inbox.
3.2 Create an iGUIDE
Now that you've gone through Camera + Stitch training, you can now begin the last part of your iGUIDE training: the iGUIDE Portal!
The iGUIDE portal is often referred to as manage.youriguide.com, or simply "The Portal". Not to be confused with the Support Desk.
3.3 Manage your iGUIDE
Support
The Support team is always here to help you every step of the way. If at any point you have any questions or concerns, Support is where you need to go to get the answers you need.
If you want to find an answer for yourself you can first check out our Support Center on this very site, where you can search for keywords, find articles and ask questions! If that doesn't work you can always create a Support ticket and reach out to us!
If you have never created a Support ticket, you will need to create an account on the Support Desk. This can be the same email address as the Portal account so that it's easier to keep track of.
