iGUIDE Standard Packages
iGUIDE Photos
Easily host and share up to 150 photos using the iGUIDE platform. Use the URL to the iGUIDE gallery to present the photos as a group or share links to the images themselves via the iGUIDE Report. Key features include:
Gallery views of up to 150 photos using a discrete link that is useable on MLS
Email delivery via iGUIDE Report, including full resolution and lower MLS-compatible resolution

iGUIDE Radix
A virtual tour like experience that includes a point could for navigation as well as 360-degree visuals. It is typically available within minutes of upload and will show the data exactly as it was captured. Its flexibility and speed make it well-suited for documenting spaces for construction progress monitoring or for capturing data to be used as an underlay for 3rd party drawing software. Key features include:

iGUIDE Standard is a combination of professionally drafted floor plans and 360-degree visuals to make a virtual tour experience that includes detailed measurements of a property. It is well suited for Marketing a property during a Real Estate transaction but can also be used for construction walkthroughs and insurance claims where floor plan accuracy and area totals are important. Key features include:

It is well suited for completing quick documentation of structural and asset damage for properties impacted by floods, water damage, and limited fire damage. Key features include:

Detailed PDF floor plans (includes fixtures, appliances, and partitions)

iGUIDE Add-ons
Xactimate ESX Add-on
This sketch file can be requested as an add-on for any iGUIDE Standard and is compatible with the Premium Features add-on. This provides a head start for insurance and restoration claims, allowing adjustors to use Xactimate software to complete them. For a more detailed description of what is included in the ESX files, please review the ESX Add-on Deliverables document.
AutoCAD DWG Add-on
This 2D Floor plan CAD file is provided in DWG format as an add-on for any iGUIDE Standard and is compatible with the Premium Features add-on. This is intended as a head start for Architects, Designers, and Contractors to provide additional value. For a more detailed description of what is included in the DWG file, please review the DWG Add-on Deliverables document.
Revit RVT Add-on
This 3D Model file is provided in RVT format as an add-on for any iGUIDE Standard and requires the Premium Features add-on. This is intended as a head start for Architects, Designers, and Contractors to provide additional value. For a more detailed description of what is included in the RVT file, please review the RVT Add-on Deliverables document.
Reflected Ceiling Plans Add-on
Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCPs) are architectural drawings that show the ceiling layout of a space. Unlike typical floor plans which depict walls, doors, and windows, RCPs focus solely on the ceiling elements and are mirrored to match the floor plan. This is an additional add-on available with 2D CAD Packages, 3D CAD Packages, DWG, and RVT.
