Packages
iGUIDE Photos
Easily host and share up to 150 photos using the iGUIDE platform. Use the URL to the iGUIDE gallery to present the photos as a group or share links to the images themselves via the iGUIDE Report. Key features include:
Gallery views of up to 150 photos using a discrete link that is useable on MLS
Email delivery via iGUIDE Report, including full resolution and lower MLS-compatible resolution
iGUIDE Content Delivery platform features such as Analytics Report, Video Integration, Neighborhood Map, Agent Branding, access to the Embedding Tool and Feature Sheet Creator
iGUIDE Radix
A virtual tour like experience that includes a point could for navigation as well as 360-degree visuals. It is typically available within minutes of upload and will show the data exactly as it was captured. Its flexibility and speed make it well-suited for documenting spaces for construction progress monitoring or for capturing data to be used as an underlay for 3rd party drawing software. Key features include:

iGUIDE Instant (US Only)
iGUIDE Instant uses a combination of AI-generated, interactive floor plans and 360-degree visuals to make a virtual tour experience that is both fast and cost-effective. It is well-suited for marketing a property during a real estate transaction. Still, it can also be used to effectively document a space for any reason where floor plan accuracy is not a priority. Key features include:

iGUIDE Premium
iGUIDE Premium is a combination of professionally drafted floor plans and 360-degree visuals to make a virtual tour experience that includes detailed measurements of a property. 2D objects are an additional feature of iGUIDE Premium where existing details, such as freestanding objects, fixtures, and appliances, are added to the floor plans to help a viewer better visualize a space. It is well suited for marketing a property during a Real Estate transaction but can also be used for construction walkthroughs and insurance claims where floor plan accuracy and area totals are important. Key features include:
Virtual tour experience with professionally drafted floor plans for navigation and 360-degree visuals
Detailed PDF floor plans (includes fixtures, appliances, and partitions)
Viewable in VR

This package pairs iGUIDE’s Premium virtual walkthrough with a drafted floor plan (DWG), a detailed plotted drawing package and lidar point cloud data for all floors (DXF) to provide complete documentation of your property. Key features include:

iGUIDE Instant Sketch is the combination of an AI-generated virtual walkthrough and Xactimate Sketch. The Sketch is sent directly to Xactimate through an integration with Verisk and is available in minutes. It is well suited for completing quick documentation of structural and asset damage for properties impacted by floods, water damage, and limited fire damage. Key features include:

Premium Xactimate ESX file (cabinets, complex ceilings, and floor elevations)
iGUIDE Add-ons
iGUIDE Add-Ons must be ordered with an iGUIDE Virtual Walkthrough or Adnvaced Drawing Package, and are included in the plotted PDF when paired with the latter. When paired with an iGUIDE Premium or Standard they will be provided in CAD formats only. They offer flexible, project-ready deliverables - perfect for fast-tracking drafts, designs and development.
CAD Floor Plan
The CAD Floor Plan includes a drafted floor plan (DWG) and lidar point cloud data for all floors (DXF) to provide more complete documentation of your property and acts as a head start for Architects, Designers, and Contractors. For a more detailed description of what is included in the DWG file, please review the DWG Add-on Deliverables document.
This Add-on includes:
Drafted floor plan (DWG)
LOD 200: Interior wall thicknesses are set to North American standards, and exterior spaces are included (patios, decks, porches, etc.)
AIA standard layers with annotations including labels, area totals, objects dimensions, etc. (Advanced Drawing Package and iGUIDE Premium only)
Lidar point cloud data of all drafted floors (DXF)
Availability:
The CAD Floor Plan Add-on is automatically included in the iGUIDE Advanced Drawing Package and available with both an iGUIDE Standard or Premium Package
When ordered alongside a Standard iGUIDE Package, it's provided with reduced detail
Reflected Ceiling Plans
Reflected Ceiling Plans (RCPs) are architectural drawings that show a space's ceiling layout. Unlike typical floor plans, which depict walls, doors, and windows, RCPs focus solely on the ceiling elements and are mirrored to match the floor plan. Drafted Reflected Ceiling Plan (DWG)
Includes elements such as bulkheads, lighting locations, and ceiling height indicators

This add-on is available with the iGUIDE Premium and iGUIDE Advanced Drawing packages and is delivered in DWG format for compatibility with most CAD software.
Exterior Elevations
Exterior Elevations are architectural drawings that show the exterior façade of a building. These drawings provide a flat representation of each side of the structure, offering valuable insight into the building’s external appearance and design. This Add-on includes:
Drafted exterior elevation drawings (DWG)
Includes front, rear, and side views of building façade(s)

Roof Plans (Pitched or Flat)
Roof Plans are architectural drawings that depict the layout and design of a building’s roof, including features such as slopes, edges, and roof details of the primary structure. Drafted roof plan (DWG)
Includes slopes and roof edges of the primary structure
Availability:

3D Model
This 3D Model file is offered in either DWG or RVT format and is intended as a head start for Architects, Designers, and Contractors. For a more detailed description of what is included in the 3D model file, please review the 3D Model Deliverables document.

Includes walls, doors, windows and basic structural elements
Availability:
This add-on is available with the iGUIDE Premium and iGUIDE Advanced Drawing packages and is delivered in DWG or RVT format for compatibility with most CAD software.
Xactimate ESX
ESX files provided by iGUIDE include accurate two-dimensional details in a threedimensional model. Creating a file of a nearly complete Sketch with the accuracy that iGUIDE is known for. This starting point greatly reduces the amount of work required by an estimator to complete the file. By having the Sketch portion completed from the twodimensional details of an iGUIDE, a good majority of the floor plan is ready for an accurate estimate.
