The iGUIDE PLANIX camera system is required to submit data for iGUIDE Instant. Data captured using IMS-5 or older is not compatible and cannot be submitted for iGUIDE Instant.
What is iGUIDE Instant?
iGUIDE Instant is an iGUIDE package that offers a 3D virtual tour and interactive floor plan generated by AI and is accessible within minutes of submitting your data. It does not have some of the additional features available with iGUIDE Standard or Premium.

What is the difference between iGUIDE Instant and iGUIDE Standard or Premium?
Instant, Standard, and Premium all have unique feature sets. Below is a short list of each package and what it includes.
Is there a pano size limit?
Currently, there is a cap of 75 panos. iGUIDE Instant is primarily designed for residential properties, and this limit is ample for capturing a multi-story house spanning 3,000-5,000 sq ft. The limit is higher than what would be required to scan the average residential property. The limit has been set in place to encourage robust coverage.
What happens if my project has more than 75 scans?
You cannot create an iGUIDE Instant with projects that exceed the 75 scan limit. please:
Delete Pano(s) and resubmit
Upgrade to a different package: iGUIDE Standard or Premium
Is iGUIDE Instant available in Canada?
Canada has integrations, such as Realtor.ca, and more stringent area reporting standards that need to be accommodated before it will be available in the Canadian market; additional information will be shared as it becomes available.
Can I upgrade my iGUIDE Instant to another iGUIDE package?
Yes, you can upgrade iGUIDE Instant to iGUIDE Standard or iGUIDE Premium. The cost of the upgrade will be the cost of the new package minus the cost of iGUIDE Instant.
Can I upgrade my iGUIDE RADIX TO iGUIDE Instant?
No, you cannot upgrade from Radix to Instant. You will have to order a new package.
How long will it take to get my iGUIDE Instant?
iGUIDE Instant is available within minutes of submitting your data. The actual time required varies with property size.
How accurate are the interactive floor plans included with iGUIDE Instant?
The floor plans for iGUIDE Instant are intended to represent the property so it can be explored and understood. They are not intended to be an accurate representation for determining total square footage.
Does iGUIDE Instant include square footage totals?
No, it does not. Area totals are included with iGUIDE Standard or iGUIDE Premium. You can upgrade to one of those packages at any time to get that information.
Are room dimensions available with iGUIDE Instant?
Room dimensions are included.

I captured more data after I created my iGUIDE instant. Can I upload it again to see the changes?
Yes, you can upload new data to your project and it will regenerate the floorplans and tour based on what you have submitted. This can be an opportunity to include new scans, remove existing scans, or make changes to data alignment.
How long will my iGUIDE Instant be available online?
iGUIDE Instant will expire after 120 days. The option to renew will be available for free during BETA.
