R1 Firmware Update Process

How do I update my firmware?

The R1 firmware update window will be shown when connecting to the system if there is a new firmware release, this is an automatic process.

After opening the PLANIX App and connecting to your system, a prompt will appear, displaying a newer firmware version, click OK to start the upgrade.

After the update is completed, you should see a message confirming that the update was successful.

If you are on-site, and wish to delay the update until you have time to read the release notes, you may select Cancel.
