Request an iGUIDE RVT Floor Plan

How to request an iGUIDE RVT floor plan, for Autodesk Revit, during or after iGUIDE creation.

Currently, iGUIDE RVT Files are limited to a maximum of 150 scans.

Step-By-Step Instructions

Before submitting your iGUIDE

  1. On the iGUIDE Creation page, reach Step 2. Choose your iGUIDE Package.

  2. Select Premium.

  3. Under Paid Add-ons, select the Revit RVT checkbox.

  4. After reading the message, select Enable.

  5. After reading the message, decide whether to request your RVT now or later.

    • If now, select your preferred unit of measurement and then press Request RVT.

    • If later (after your iGUIDE is finished), select Not Yet.

  6. Complete the remaining steps on the iGUIDE Creation page.

After your iGUIDE is finished

  1. On My iGUIDEs, find the iGUIDE you're looking for.

  2. Click iGUIDE Details.

  3. Scroll down to find Revit RVT in the menu on the left side of your screen.

    • If you can't find Revit RVT in the menu, scroll up to select Package & Add-ons and enable it under Paid Add-ons.

    • If you can't enable Revit RVT under Paid Add-ons, you might first need to upgrade your iGUIDE to Premium by Requesting an Update.

  4. Select Request New RVT File.

Note: The Drafting Team can only begin working on your RVT model after your Premium iGUIDE is finished. Once your RVT model has been completed by the Drafting Team, you will receive an automated email notification which includes a link to download your new RVT file. You can redownload the RVT again at any time on your iGUIDE's RVT page.
