iGUIDE Updates not showing

Sometimes, when an iGUIDE is updated, or you make changes to the iGUIDE - it may not show the changes on the live 3D Tour. Most of the time this is due to a caching issue through your web browser. See below for instructions on how to clear your cache in Chrome and Safari:

In Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.

  2. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  3. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

  4. Click Clear data.

In Safari (on a Mac)

  1. Launch the Safari browser on your Mac.

  2. Select Safari -> Preferences...

  3. Click the Privacy tab and select Manage Website Data....

  4. Select a website that is listed, then click Remove. To remove all website data from Safari, click Remove All.

Troubleshooting method:

If you are still having issues displaying updates on the iGUIDE 3D tour, you can try using a private browsing mode such as Incognito Mode in Chrome.
