iGUIDE Updates not showing
Sometimes, when an iGUIDE is updated, or you make changes to the iGUIDE - it may not show the changes on the live 3D Tour. Most of the time this is due to a caching issue through your web browser. See below for instructions on how to clear your cache in Chrome and Safari:
In Chrome
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.
In Safari (on a Mac)
Launch the Safari browser on your Mac.
Select Safari -> Preferences...
Click the Privacy tab and select Manage Website Data....
Select a website that is listed, then click Remove. To remove all website data from Safari, click Remove All.
Troubleshooting method:
If you are still having issues displaying updates on the iGUIDE 3D tour, you can try using a private browsing mode such as Incognito Mode in Chrome.
