Projects surveyed using different iGUIDE camera systems (i.e. different serial numbers) cannot be combined in Stitch as of Stitch version 6.0. For example, scans captured using one PLANIX cannot be combined with scans captured using another PLANIX in the same project folder in Stitch. However, a published iGUIDE created using IMS-5 data can be later updated using IMS-5 or PLANIX data (and vice versa).
Sometimes in Survey, you might create two or more projects for one property by mistake and not notice until you reach your computer. Also, you might need to return to a property to collect additional data; in these cases, it's recommended to create a new project to avoid corrupting the original. To deal with these cases, you can add floors and scans from one project to another project using Windows Explorer or Mac Finder before and after loading a project into Stitch.
You can add a new scan or floor from one project to another project, even if it has already been processed in Stitch, by simply copying and pasting new scan or floor folders into the desired project folder. If there are any folder naming collisions, rename folders before copying to have unique names. See the image below for reference. A scan folder (3) must always be located inside a floor folder (2) and a floor folder must always be inside a project folder (1) to be recognized by Stitch.
