iGUIDE Photos Package

Creating an iGUIDE Photos Package

  1. Go to the iGUIDE Portal and sign in to your account.

  2. Click on "Create iGUIDE," which can be found in the menu at the top.

  3. Select your Industry Type. When prompted to choose your iGUIDE Package, select "Manually Configure." For the Base Package, select "iGUIDE Photos." See figure 1.

  4. Enter the Property Address.

  5. Add your agent branding, and add any additional editors or e-mail recipients.

  6. Please select all necessary images and upload them to the grey box. See Figure 2.

  1. Click on the "Create iGUIDE" button at the bottom of the page.

Sending an iGUIDE Photos Report

  1. Go to the iGUIDE Portal and sign in to your account.

  2. Click on "My iGUIDEs," which can be found on the menu at the top.

  3. Click on the Blue "Edit" Button. See Figure 3.

  1. On the left-hand side, click on "Edit View Report".

  2. Enter in any additional e-mails to the "To," "CC," and/or "BCC" recipients fields. See Figure 4.

  3. Click the "Send" button to send the report to the e-mails. See Figure 4.

Editing the Public View iGUIDE Photos

  1. Go to the iGUIDE Portal and sign in to your account.

  2. Click on "My iGUIDEs," which can be found on the menu at the top.

  3. Click on the Blue "Edit" Button. See Figure 3 above.

  4. Make the required changes on this page. See Figure 5.

  5. Once you have made your changes, click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to apply your changes.
