Logging Into the iGUIDE Portal for the First Time

This article is here to help you log into the iGUIDE Portal for the first time.

iGUIDE Operators

IMPORTANT: If you have purchased a camera, and wish to upload iGUIDEs, you MUST use the invitation sent to the email account you purchased the camera with on the store. If you do not, you will not have the ability to create iGUIDEs. If you do not have this e-mail, or it has been 2 weeks since the email was sent to you. Please contact the Product Support team on the Support Desk: iGUIDE Support Desk.

User Accounts:


If you are a regular iGUIDE user (Editor, sub-account or Realtor for example) and received an invitation, follow these steps on how to log in:

  1. Click the link in the invitation email.

  2. Once a new password has been created you will be logged in automatically.

  3. You can go to the iGUIDE portal, https://manage.youriguide.com at any time from any device by logging in using your username and password.

Account Creation:

To create an account on the iGUIDE portal, simply head over to the Sign Up page and fill out the information.

  1. First Name

  2. Last name

  3. The E-mail address you wish to use for the account sign-in.

    This email address will receive all notifications for iGUIDE communications - make sure you use the correct one!

  4. Password - enter a password that is difficult to guess, with numbers, symbols and upper/lower case letters: My_Passw0rd!23 for example (don't use this example!)

  5. Click "Sign Up"!

Alternatively, you can use your Google account to sign in.

TIP: Create a shortcut or bookmark in your browser to make subsequent visits easier.

Note: If you do not see the "Create" option on your iGUIDE Portal page, then this indicated you are not set up as an Operator. Please ensure you are logged in to the invited Operator Account, or contact Support for additional assistance.
